Not all the room have the cordless charger , our bathroom door was a pain to open and closed it was not a-line correctly, no grease on rollers to make it a bit easy. On our fourth night we decided to stay a few more night, requesting full service early morning so it would be noted , I walked in at 4pm from work tired and hungry and a lady has started , but what happen to the room mate was out of this world. Spoke with /housekeeper he asked who was assigned to our room ta white female said she was , he left to give space when he got back the room was not in shape and sho was bo

It doesn’t have a restraunt on site but advertised it did. The only coffee is from a miniature kurig like machine that is broke down in the room. Hot tub was broken and they said it would be several weeks until they fixed it. Right by a freeway so it is noisy all night. The TVs are extremely small in each room, bring your glasses.

Great place to stay without a ****** or resort fee. Comfy and quiet lobby for working remote. Convenient to freeway, shopping, etc. However, it needs the cafe open for breakfast, or at least have some coffee available. We had to use in-room coffee maker one cup at a time and have breakfast handy in room. Not a big deal and thankfully a mini-fridge and microwave were available.

If you like the smell of a rotting corpse this is the hotel for you! When we first checked in the hotel and hallway smelled so good, then we got to our room and the smell so so strong we were nauseous. We called the front desk and asked to be moved and they sent someone up with air freshener. It helped for a couple of hours. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't handle the smell anymore. The room needs updating and deep cleaning. The carpet was new and clean, and the bed was comfortable, but everything else was awful!

This was my first time staying at a Sonesta property. Parking was plentiful, the place smelled clean and fresh, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be staying here again!

The door to the room would not open. There was a 1 inch gap in door and frame. Room not very clean. Hotel itself not clean. Staff not friendly. Not a great experience for first trip to Las Vegas.

The website stated there was a continental breakfast and restaurant which was not open when we got there. The hot tub was broken, there was a strong chemical smell in the hallways and room that affected our family’s allergies and we had to find a new hotel in the morning. We came as a gymnastics group and had to get accommodations for everyone. It was very inconvenient for our team and it took two days for the allergic swelling in my eyes to subside after leaving.

Unclear directions from the front desk as to where to park. TV reception was sketchy and after 30 minutes of configuring was unable to access service. Plugs were unplugged from the television and no one answered at the front desk after 15 minutes of calling direct
