1）酒店前台設在堵場裏面，每次進出酒店都要經過**。
2）酒店房間非常舊，廁所連排風扇都沒有，房間有異味，
3）我們住了二晚，第一晚回到酒店房間，housekeeper 連床都沒鋪
4）早上8-8點我們還在休息，housekeeper 就來敲門，問我們什麼時候會離開房間？
酒店check out的時間是12點，早上8-9點就來催人？

This is a very old hotel. Location is good but the rooms are filthy! I would never never never never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The space was nice and chill. My room was dirty and had old bottles and weird food(?)debris on the sheet when I walked in. I just wiped it off. The room looked beaut9ful though,

I was supposed to be in town for a business conference which got postponed. I had made the reservation to come into town early and booked a night through your service since it was a little cheaper but when the conference was cancelled I could not get a refund through you. So that was money wasted for something that was not my fault. I probably will never book with you again through you because of it.

The Orleans hotel and ****** is an old hotel but it is big. The hotel looks old.. carpet and room is so worn out. We will book other new hotel should we go to Las Vegas again. The service was very slow when the electricity *****ped down, it took more than 2 hours for the technician to come.. and the front desk refused to change room for us..

This was a nice hotel with plenty of food choices. The bowling alley has 52 lanes and was clean. Lanes were decent.
