It was good exactly what I am expecting from any La Quinta. I've been to a couple other La Quinta that have been a total disappointment but this one was nice clean quiet and service was great. I'll definitely be back

My room was never serviced during my stay. It would have been nice to have coffee in my room with the coffeemaker. The elevators have graffiti in them. The hotel is located too close to the highway. The noise from passing traffic did not let me sleep well.

The Staff is great! The rooms however look like they just change the linens and wipe the tops of the tables and sink. The floor needs to be vacuumed around the edges. Doors need to be wiped down and painted. Headboards, baseboards, and hard to reach areas need to be dusted. Walls need to be cleaned and painted. The hotel is next to the freeway which is very loud.

It’s a pet friendly hotel that smells and is covered up by air freshener so much you can’t breathe. The hide a bed is a joke, the mattress on it had to have been 30 years old it was so uncomfortable and stained. The chair and couch in our room had pet stains all over them. We didn’t have hot water our first night there. Don’t stay here!!

So room was ok but shower was dirty with hair clogging the drain and really bad hot water took over 10 minutes to get warm enough to take a like warm shower. Fire doors on the elevator would randomly close as well with at least one being propped open with a door stopper. Free breakfast was ok but stuff was watered down to get it to stretch. Glad I did not pay more than I did for it.

Good stay, near health care centers. Requested a room close to handicap parking, and were given one.
Clearly not new (one of our walls had some highly visible surface damage) but mostly quite comfortable, and quiet. Those pillows, though :-( Sooooo lumpy. Bring your own!
Breakfast choices were adequate.

I understand this is La Quinta, not The W, but the room was pretty bad. Sewage smell, ice machine out of service, hot tub out of service, could not keep up with the food for breakfast, human hair in bathroom that was not ours. I like La Quinta, but this property does not live up to my La Quinta expectations. The service, however, was EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME.

Toilet was not flashing but fixed, Live TV did not work but could not fixed. Desk was dusty. The hotel’s facilities are dated.
