I booked the hotel and paid online for 445.12 and when I check in front desk ask me to pay $300 and now I came back I got charged $558.72 from the hotel. I'm not sure what is this but if there is hidden fee please let the customer know this, this was my business trip and I need to process my invoice for business travel. this does not help me at all. paying twice for same hotel. from online and at the hotel. I even told the front desk man I paid online.

Overall we had a very good time because the Pool is amazing 🤩 but we had some issues with the AC .
But I recommend the hotel

Very uncomfortable first the coffee maker didn’t work then the sink in the bathroom as soon as u brush ur teeth or have the water running the sink film with water and then it sound really bad that noise continued till my 3 day stay I have a video but it dosent let me add it I will try

Property was nice and clean and mostly up to date. Could use a little paint and maybe upgraded stoves .
The staff were amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly and informative. I relied on Patricia in a time of need and she was a huge help.
We will definitely continue to stay at the Cancun in the future.

Pool was closed for renovation which was the only reason we booked the hotel. Our kids were so disappointed. No staff ever in sight. Sofa bed was hard as a rock. Found black hairs in the bathroom. Avoid.

Loved my stay! Room was perfect for my week of house hunting in Vegas. It felt like home with luxury.
