The room was surprisingly nice. It was an actual room with a wall and not a studio type of room. It had a kitchenette and washer and dryer. Surprisingly, I could not hear airplanes even though it was next to the airport. We did have an upgraded room so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with it. They also had renovations going on but we did not sleep in, as it was a business trip so we were awake before construction was happening except on the last day but they started around 9 when we had to get up anyways to check out. This was a gem of a place that is a little off the *****. They also had a few shops on the ground level, which was nice. We liked the pool and jacuzzi as well. I would stay here again as long as the room is just as nice as the one we had.

Staff members were very friendly, room was petfect and equipped with everything we needed. We did wait awhile for our room to be ready when we arrived and they were supposed to call and didn't. We also had a problem with one of the bellhops where they said they didnt have one of our items and we had to get a manager to check and then it was found. Other than that it was a great time, hot tub and pool were nice and room was excellent

Location was great because I wanted to stay as far away from casinos and nightlife as much as possible.

Rooms were huge, nice indoor pool area, nice washer dryer in unit. Super impressed with size and how modern it felt. Will def stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our unit was clean and had all the things we’d need. The kitchenette made it easy to do our own breakfast. It was nice and quiet since it was a little way off the *****, but the shuttle made it easy to get to the *****.

Self contained apartment. Really practical for long stay. The only thing is there’s no room service unless you are there for 7 days or more.
The pool was cold but the whirlpool was not. It was great

The heater for the pool was not working so the water was ice cold. That was never coneyed to us prior to check in or at check in. We went to use the pool and found out the hard was it was not heated. We were put in an adjoining room which is fine but you could hear absolutely everything when people checked in a day after us. Housekeeping not once stopped in our room during our 4 night stay. I had to track down someone to get additional supplies we needed.
Shuttle service was nice but stopped picking up at 11 so if you were going to see a show or concert you now had to find your own way back to the resort.

I dont know how you could give this place a bad review. My wife and our 3 teenagers loved it. Its so nice to have all amenities so close. And its nice being a couple minutes from ***** with the shuttle service. We where there for 9 days and we would definately do it again.
