Cleaning and sevice were good but location really far away to everywhere with public transportation. It takes around 2 hours by bus. Also we couldnt find anything around otel for dining. There are just some otel restaurants and sbarro. It was like a village. ****** area was really good, clean and funny. There are a lot of machines.

Very upset once I got there, I had to pay $100 deposit, which trip.com never informed me about. Besides that the guy at the front desk was not at all welcoming or willing to work with me, since I had no more money at the time.

Restaurant was really good. Easy to get food comps with little play. Renovated 5th floor was nice. Sportsbook needs more reliable hours. Staff seems to set their own.
Video poker pay schedules were ok.

Spacious and clean room, which was cleaned and restocked everyday. I only walked through the ****** while arriving and leaving the hotel, but it did smell of stale cigarettes. Overall a very good stay.

The hotel has no convenience store for water, snacks, sundries, we had to walk through the rain to the attached truck stop for simple bottles of water. Very inconvenient and disregards the hotel guests.
Limited options for food.
On the good side, the front desk had a great deal of trouble finding our reservation.
The clerk was diligent and got it figured out. Gave us a very nice room for our trouble.
Overall the place seems like it's just another truck stop now.

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately you have to walk through the smell of cigarette smoke to get to the registration desk to get your hotel room key. If you are allergic to cigarette smoke this is not an ideal hotel for you.

Made my reservation a month early. I was put on the 2 floor which is the pet floor. I didn't have a pet with me. My room was in terrible condition. Bulbs burnt out, outlets that didn't work, dirty, heating and air didn't work, no carpet, cheap fake wood floors, adjoining door that didn't lock and no ice machine on floor 2. I requested a new room the second day and not on the pet floor. The 4th floor was shut down. I was moved to the fifth floor. It was like being in a whole different hotel. Clean, everything worked and carpet.
