The hotel is good, but it doesn't have a coffee maker because they don't have coffee in the hotel, I had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, there was no coffee in the room, no cutlery, nothing, and the breakfast has nothing, just coffee with some protein bars The truth for me is not to rent this hotel

There was no hot water during our stay. We were moving from CA to FL cross country and all we wanted was a hot bath after a long day of driving. Half the reason people stay at ANY hotel is to sleep and shower. Hard to sleep when youre sticky and filthy. The property says they can issue no credit or refund because we used Travelocity. I would like a refund for at least half the price.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. No (non-smoking room) option given. The mattress on the fold out couch was stained, uncomfortable, and smelled. There was no trash can inside the entire room. The furniture had obvious damage initially walking in. Examples are the coffee table with a ring caused by liquid, a damage dresser drawer, and damage to the head board. The water in the shower/tub drained super slow.

Our room was completely unacceptable. The pull out couch was left in the open position because it was broken and couldn't be used at all. So there was no where to sit in that room. The beds were uncomfortable and had no blankets. There were hairs in the tub.
The kitchen had no supplies, not a single glass or plate. Not even a coffee maker. There were instructions to call the front desk for these things, but no phone number was listed.
Breakfast consists of coffee and cheap granola bars, When I went to get coffee at 8:30 the urns were empty.
WE HAD NO HOT WATER.

The room next door was loud. I don't kno if there's kid's running around or grown adult 🤔. But other then that it was ok.

I never see those kind of breakfast..very disappointed. Nothing to eat and no place to eat. And they don’t have conditioner..;;;

The room was absolutely filthy - the floors, the walls, under the beds and couch were all so dirty. We were told there would be a grab and go breakfast. Nothing was ever laid out in the lobby and when we asked for help, the attendant was put out for our request for breakfast items. We were there four nights and needed clean towels. She refused to switch out all four and only let us have two new clean towels because she said the clean towels weren't folded. She was rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here.

Room was what you expect for price. Older, not so clean, they gave us the wrong room and then told us they overbooked and thats all they had, gave us 2 towels and then said they needed to wash towels because they had none.
