The reception people were fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. They deserve the stars I gave the hotel. Breakfast was a tired, and heated up affair. Their recommendations for restaurants excluded the pizza place that was only approx. 500 meters away that had good service and excellant pizza. The room had a good bed but was in need of help. The bathroom was awful. There was missing a piece og the wall in the shower and by the wc there were spots that were supposed to be fixed or had been partially repaired. The toilet ran the whole 2 nights we were there. It seems like their website was pre covid and they are struggling to keep up now, unfortunately. It has potential to be a really good hotel.

Booked this on ***********. Didn’t realise it was non changeable. Husband fell ill. Trip delayed two days. Tried to change but they would not do it No real conversation just four words. No help at all Disgusting

We wanted a quiet place to stay in or near Bordeaux. Somewhere close to the ring road but not cut-off from amenities. This fitted the bill. This was ideal. A short walk away from a wonderful restaurant nearby. It was a perfect place to break a long drive

Ici c'est un ancien ehpad totalement réhabilité. Un bel extérieur et piscine. Beaux transats confortables. Parking gratuit sécurisé. Grande chambre toute blanche avec frigo (vide). Lit très confortable. Climatisation très efficaces . Bémol sur la douche qui aurait être à l'italienne mais en angle arrondie faisant kitch et étroite pour les costauds. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner. Pas de restaurant sur place et difficile d'en trouver ouverts en milieu de semaine, très proche.

Très bonne surprise - très bon rapport qualité/prix - accueil parfait - petit déjeuner copieux - chambre du rdc spacieuse et calme. Avec petite terrasse. À recommander - piscine extérieure - borne pour véhicules électriques - parking gratuit et clos la nuit -

Hôtel très confortable. Les chambres sont agréables. La literie est bonne. Petit bémol dans la salle de bain où la cabine de douche est à revoir. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Varié. Dommage que la machine à café soit poussive. Du coup un peu d'attente. Prix très correct. Situé à proximité du zénith Arena ( 5 minutes pour aller se garer sur le parking d'Auchan) puis 10 minutes à pied.

Personnel hautain, chambre : très très mal insonorisée (on entend ronfler dans la chambre d'à côté et tout le monde passer dans le couloir, peintures écaillées, joints de salle de bain décollés et parterre abîmé, fissure dans la douche, balance qui ne fonctionne pas. Piscine fermée au mois de mai. Petit déjeuner très peu copieux et pas réapprovisionné à 9h20 donc plus de choix. Alentours de l'hôtel dégoûtant. 4 nuits réservées on est restés seulement la 1ere. Ils ne veulent pas nous rembourser les 3 autres. Bref je déconseille fortement.

Bel hôtel, placé à proximité de la voie verte. Bon accueil et piscine agréable. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Seul bémol : le manque d'insonorisation ! On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et avons été réveillés plusieurs fois par les discussions et claquements de portes.

Bel accueil. Hôtel sympathique les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La salle de bain est grande et pratique. Petit déjeuner avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Piscine à disposition. Petit bémol la Clim est réglée trop froide (pensez aux économies et à l’environnement). En tout cas je recommande sans hésiter ce bel établissement.
