Traveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know.

I found this ******/hotel a tad too stuck in the past. If you’re traveling through the area, it’s a good deal though but nothing to go out of your way for.

Very disappointed with how I was spoken to when all I did was ask a question. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room was pretty clean just had some spiderwebs and alot of dust around the window. The balcony had alot of dead bugs.

酒店設施比較舊，但維護的還不錯，房間外風景秀麗，**設施齊全，有吸菸區，服務很好，會主動詢問一下是否需要免費飲料，餐廳服務也非常令人滿意，價格合理，食物可口好吃

Good service, employees are friendly and helpful. As soon as you arrive the valet is courteous and greets you with a warm welcome. However as soon as you walk in… the smell hits you and it is absolutely overwhelming, musty and mildew mixed with the normal cigarette smell in ******s. The room was outdated and felt dirty.

They said family friendly but you had to be 21 and over to do almost everything. Arcade, Bowling, hot tub and pool. They have another pool that is not heated and had ducks in it when we went to look at it. The hot tub was torn out and would not let kids into the other pool or hot tub. We went o dinner and there was a dead cockroach in the corner outside the restaurant. Would not return. Tried to leave a day early and would not refund between them and *******.

The staff was very helpful and kind. I have a Tesla and when I took it to Valet they charged it for me. VERY helpful. I bowled a tournament, played bingo and gambled. Very convenient and fun.

Lots of things to do other than ********. Loved the car museum. Wish whole hotel would be non-smoking.
