Check in was easy. Attendant was nice
Room was as expected. Good for the experience.
All staff throughout our time at Harrah's were professional and helpful

Decent hotel only bad thing elevators weren’t working & ac was not strong enough or even on in certain parts of the hotel had to change rooms since ac didn’t work

Place Stinks of stale smoke, poor lost souls sitting at slots, on there last pull, depressing sight. Non smoking floor , YEA pot is ok whole floor smells like a stoner garage. Management could careless. Was a poor choice to stay there.

I had two separate reservation for two nights. Second night in an upgraded, renovated room which unpaid more. Upon checking in, I was informed that I cannot change rooms. Need to stay in the same room both nights.
No hot water. Luke warm shower

Pleasant check-in and check-out person. Convenient parking. But room had gravel on carpet, dirty under tables and vanity, mold by vanity caulking.

Everything was nice, the people were super nice especially the servers at the Beach Cafe. There was no water pressure in the shower at all but we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a fun time.

Property was not renovated and they charge extra at check in for renovated rooms. The hotel has a terrible odor and very dated

We were offered an upgrade to a "remodeled" room at check-in. We took the offer and were very disappointed. The door to our room was not installed correctly and would not close unless you slammed it. The remodel appears cheap, the grout was already coming off the bathroom sink, there was a weird couch in the middle of the room, no access to wall outlets and a towel was left on the bed.
