Super clean. Requires additional provision of credit card details as requested direct from owners. Some noise transference from adjoining apar**ents. Lush comfy feather pillows and bedding. Would stay again.

Our stay here was wonderful. Everything was in walking distance, the park, cafes, shops and shopping malls.
The apar**ent was in good condition with good sized bed and wardrobes, modern toilets, a lot of kitchen utensils.
However, some of the furnitures were quiet old and wobbly. The coffee table was on the verge of breaking down and the couch looked quite old and needed to be replaced/upholstered. Apart from that, everything else was great.

We arrived in the evening and the apar**ent was very dirty, there was even a dirty glass left out in the bedroom. The electric stove does not work, so we ended up wasting food we had bought. We contacted the property hosts via WhatsApp and *********** multiple times and even though they had read our messages (blue tick on whatsapp), they did not reply. The communication was extremely poor and we could have resolved everything if they had responded. We decided to leave the property and request a refund within an hour of arriving. We had left the apar**ent as we had found it but the hosts refused to give us a refund. Luckily *********** refunded us our money, as they also agreed it was not acceptable. Do not recommend.

Property was comfy and a good location. Supplies of tea and coffee but no milk .One small cake of soap only supplied .
