房間像城堡裏的一個部分，老夫婦十分熱心 做的早餐特別不錯！設施完善 十分精緻，走廊十分有特色。我個人非常喜歡

Hotel Carmin is a very basic, small hotel within walking distance of city centre and beach/marina areas. The service was friendly & pleasant, if somewhat limited due to language difficulties.
My room (#36) on the top floor was very small, but comfortable and clean, with all amenities is good working order.
The buffet breakfast matched the hotel; very small, but tasteful & sufficient.
Overall, this was a nice hotel for the price range that I would recommend for other travellers on small budgets.

I was staying for training for 2 weeks in small and cozy boutique hotel. Location is great, walk distance everwhere, to the city and to the beach. I felt very good, rooms where clean and nice. Staff was so great and so friendly. They help with eberything what they could. Thank you very much to make me feel so pleasant in your hotel. I felt like home 😍 I highly recconend this hotel for stay in Le Havre. Best of luck and Hopefully I will visit you again 😉

Personnel at the reception was kind and helpful. The room was too tiny for 3 people, without air conditioning and with a very small bathroom. The overall housekeeping was quite poor (there was an used towel from the former guests that wasn’t removed by the staff). The price was too high compared to what we had.

Hôtel en centre-ville, je me gare dans la rue puisqu'il n'a pas de parking à 18h . Hôtel fermé ,j'attends 15mns toujours personne j'appelle l'hôtel en espérant tomber sur quelqu'un ,personne JUSQU'À 19h . Le patron était parti faire la sieste et quand je lui dit que j'attends depuis 1h ce type ne me croit pas, je lui montre mon relevé d'appels, il est septique. Nul de chez nul . Bien sûr pas d'excuse ni de geste commercial. Hôtel A ÉVITER en tout cas pour ce qui me concerne.

2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Accueil sympathique Chambre sympa très bien insonorisée Literie parfaite Petite table permettant de travailler Salle de bain propre et équipée Petit bémol sur la douche ( cabine joint .. ) Mais hôtel parfait pour mon séjour

J'ai été appelé a 20h afin d'etre sur que je viendrais. Sûrement la crainte que je n'honore pas mon engagement. Je suis arrivée à 20h30 et j'ai réglé mes 3 nuits et les petit dej., sans faire attention à la note globale :
J'ai payé 14€/petit déjeuner alors qu'il était noté 12,5€ sur leur site Internet. Ma prise en charge professionnelle est de 12€. Je pensais 1,5€ de ma poche.

Cet hôtel est une grosse déception. accueil fermé aux heures de check in, (attente sur le trottoir). Chambre propre mais hôtel vieillot. Un hôte professionnel odieux et irrespectueux. (contact téléphonique avec lui, suite à un fois de plus, son hôtel fermé alors que nous avions nos bagages à récupérer pour prendre notre train). Nous avions précisé le matin, l'horaire exact de notre venue pour les bagages. en fait, arrivée de l'agent de réception 35 minutes après).

Quando siamo arrivati (famiglia di 3 persone) abbiamo respirato da subito una cortesia ed una ospitalità genuina e simpatica che ci hanno subito conquistati. L'hotel è a due passi dalla via pedonale Bernardin de St Pierre con negozi, caffetterie, brasserie e ristoranti. A pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia, il mare ed il porto. Camere ampie e confortevoli. Pulizia impeccabile. Ricca colazione internazionale a buffet con prodotti di qualità: pane e frutta fresca, dolci, succhi di frutta , tè, caffè, cappuccini, formaggi, affettati, uova.... Il personale è il più gentile che abbiamo incontrato negli ultimi anni. Un'esperienza che ci ha rigenerato. Grazie al gestore ed al suo staff. A presto! Elena Francesco ed Emanuele
