Shop, grocery, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Lavandou Gare routière" 900 m, sandy beach 800 m. Sports harbour 2 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 600 m. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 40 km, Magic World 27 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 22 km, Le Jardin des Méditerranées 16 km. Hiking paths: Sentiers du Littoral. Please note: no lift. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou. 3-room terraced house 33 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. On the whole we have been satisfied with the holiday home. Some things are a bit simple, but so common in France…. Mattresses were a bit saggy... What we would still recommend to install: Fly screens in the two bedrooms (there was only the Indian kitchen

La maison est bien conforme à la description de l annonce. Il y a tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin pendant le séjour. Tout c'est très bien passé.

Location. Parfaites pour 1 couple avec 2 ados, tout peut se faire à pied, la plage, le centre ville du Lavandou ou de Bormes. Je recommande
