Everything was excellent except their free internet was not working the entire length of our stay (3 nights).

EXCELLENT RIEN NE MANQUE Emplacement bord de mer, logement bien équipé, propre, parking privé, piscine, au calme et près de tout en même temps, personnel accueillant. C'est notre deuxième séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

We spend a lot of time iN the La Baule area but have walked generally from there and ended up towards Le Pouliguen beach and port where this property is situated.
The area is much more rural meets beach and spacious quite residential area but within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants at the port.Lovely market central and great ambiance in the bars and cafes Bus service along the coast but easy 2.5 k walk if your a walker along well lit streets and local quiet area.Proffesional staff employed by a comapny who runs resorts throuough France .Very impressed on first stay.Lovely accomodation,comfy beds and welcome available heating to take the edge of October mornings and early nights.Already planning our next trip.

Lovely location, close to the beach and supermarkets. Nice swimming pool and big parking space for cars. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback - there are too many doors in the building which you need to open, that is not convenient and hinders movement.

Nous avons pour habitude de venir en villégiature dans cette résidence agréable et paisible. L’accueil est toujours aussi attentionné avec une reconnaissance du client. Les appartements sont très confortables avec des terrasses agréables. Une piscine extérieur sympathique. Le seul point négatif est le ménage qui est effectué de façon très succinct. Un manque sérieux de propreté dans les logements.

Super vue mer Appartement rationnel grand balcon Espace cuisine fermée une grande salle de bain avec wc séparé. Piscine chauffée et propre très agréable par ce week end ensoleillé Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de parking même après dîner. Bref super endroit

Résidence vieillissante, un bon coup de frais serait nécessaire. L'appartement est équipé du nécessaire, bémol sur l'aménagement : pas de table basse, salle de bain immense avec WC donc perte de place. Cuisine avec peu d'espace pour cuisiner. Points positifs : calme, à quelques mètres du bord de mer, personnel sympathique. Encore du chemin à faire pour être en catégorie premium comparée à d'autres résidences.

Résidence très calme et bien située, personnel au top, parking en sous sol pratique et accessible, seul bémol appartement vieillissant (coin cuisine et baie vitrée) manque d éclairage le soir dans l allée menant à la réception.
