Excellent location, rooms moce size, no refresments, no cattle to boil waters, no carpetting in rooms.

Nice view, great location. Only thing is no kettle or fridge in room. Parking is just a min walk away and price is reasonable for being in Leeds city centre.

Basic hotel nothing fancy but perfect for a night stay to go and see a concert good location 20min walk to the arena with a stop on the way for tea. Only down side was the car park they suggested we couldn't get to due to road closures but actually found on closer to the hotel than the one they recommend.

Place is very near to the Bus station which is the most important thing. Very polite and nice staff, accomodating and there is always someone in the desk when you need something. The place is clean, a bit old but still comfortable to sleep with. My kid is so happy, though it rained all throughout out visit. The only downside is no kettle for hot water when we want a hot drink. But our stay is still a pleasant experience for us.

Great convenent budjet hotel, both for my work and nights out I stay there a few time a year.. Was sad to find out the complimenrty tea/coffee is now a payfor and I would not recomend the breakfast mufin, nothing like the photo in the lift that drew us in, just an over heated sloppy mess, I will stay there agine but will avoid the in house food.

This is the third time I have stayed. I come up for work at the university an every time I have stayed I kick myself for not remembering to avoid this place. This time - I’d had a confirmation email for the booking to suggest that check in was at 2pm. I thought this was great as I arrived at 2:20 and could go and drop my luggage in the room before heading out for some tea. When I arrived I was told it was 3pm. Not very inconvenient admittedly but there were 6 people checking in at the same time and the receptionist put us all in adjacent rooms. This for me felt very uncomfortable and he was very unempathetic. - the room is sooo basic. Very studenty (which is maybe the point) No Kettle. One plug socket and no where near the mirror for hairdryer use etc - quite noisy from c 7pm onwards from other people staying. I didn’t feel safe. I locked the door from the inside and had the window open as much as possible as there is a general old musty smell around the whole hotel.

It’s situated in a very convenient place but there’s nothing in the room. No kettle to even boil water. Bed was good and bathrooms tiny but manageable

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…
