Premier Inn Leek Town Centre

We booked a stay at Premier Inn, expecting a standard hotel experience. However, we were delighted to be proven wrong! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile. They were also knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for activities. The rooms themselves were clean and fresh, just what you need after a day of exploring. This level of hospitality, combined with the clean rooms, is what truly sets this Premier Inn apart. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip that little bit more special. If we ever venture to Leek again, we will certainly choose your Premier Inn.

Great location, ten minutes from the wedding venue. Easy check in, clean rooms. Staff could not do enough for us.

Hotel was lovely and staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was spot on plenty of choice and tasty.

We had the accessible room as my husband uses a wheelchair. The ramp into the building was steep. The security doors to the rooms have strong hinge, which made it tricky for the wheelchair user to open by themselves. The aircon didn’t seem to work in our room. The bathroom was not lacking in accessibility aids for the shower and lavatory. The hotel corridors smelt of bleach / chlorine. The evening meal portion size was small for the price, but did taste nice. The breakfast was a typical premier Inn unlimited full English meal with a wide varity of breads. No continental option.

We love the Peak District,and for us Leek is the best to begin the experience and to explore.Lovely countryside,and space to breath.Leek is very compact but packs a punch,plenty of pubs with the locals being part of it,friendly and informative.Leek like most towns has suffered with many shops either for charity or simply closed but what was available were different and a joy to walk around.No shutters which coming were we come from was very unusual and a pleasant suprise.

Good location.. Leek City center and comfortable rooms. though hotel has limited amenities like swimming pool, Gym or specialty restaurant attached to it. But there are number of options at walking distance. Overall, a good option in Leek town.

The hotel is perfect for anyone visiting leek. Ample car parking and is right at the end of the main street that leads in to leek town centre. The hotel has a small bar that serves bottles. As a regular traveller service is important to me and I have to say Sandra on reception was outstanding. So friendly, welcoming and genuinely warm. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the fact she was a busy lady she interacted with all the guests to make them feel welcome

Excellent location,clean rooms,friendly staff,parking good value.i thought the room price was very high for basic but we attended a funeral and had no choice but to pay it.
