Hampton Inn by Hilton Leesville Fort Johnson

Ian Evans was an excellent front desk staff member. He was kind and helpful and always cheerful. Ian went out of his way to help with items we needed for our presentation even though the Business Center was closed. Ian seemed to work around the clock - he was a great host and represented Hampton Inn well!

So far haven't had a bad experience with the hotel, only issue is that the walls have visible wall repairs done to it recently, and some stains on the carpet in front of the mini-fridge. Nothing else really to complain about. Received excellent service from Reet and Rahul.

Ian who was at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Helping us get settled in as we got everything ready for a family Bachelorette Party. The room was super clean, pillows were also very fluffy, and bed was comfortable. Didn’t hear much noise from any other visitors which was nice. Also the shower was awesome, the temperature got very hot!

Room maintenance was excellent. Breakfast was excellent.Front desk very helpful especially Reet and Rahul Kumar. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leesville. I was with my pro spex group for a week. Highly recommend in Leesville.

I have stayed here four times while on business in Leesville. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is convenient to shopping and eating areas. The breakfast offers a good selection in the mornings. The common area is inviting. The fitness center is well-maintained.

Very clean as always! Reet was very professional and courteous! All of the staff were courteous. I felt safe and I appreciate the breakfast that comes with the room. Very easy to get to. If I'm in the area in the future, I would definitely stay here! I am a Gold member with Hilton.

Great stay. Cozy, but more importantly, clean rooms and Reet was super professional and attentive. We forgot our basic toiletries and the front desk assisted us, all before 6AM! We had breakfast, made ourselves some waffles, delicious. Apple juice was crisp and cold Highly recommend!

Not a bad place to stay for a night, but I was here for multiple days and had several issues. However, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 1. I parked in the back because the front was full. I went to use my key on the back door and though it turned green and I heard a click, it didn't open. Parked on the side and tried to enter there, same thing. I had to either walk around to the front or wait for someone to pass by to let me in. 2. The computer desk and TV were on opposite sides of the room in kind of a built-in. While working in the evening at the desk, I couldn't see the TV cause it was blocked by the sides of the built-in. 3. The shower head had very low pressure and sprayed in multiple directions. I am assuming due to build up in the head because it was brown and some spray holes had nothing coming out. 4. I don't like the fact that I had to register an account for the "Free" Wi-Fi. Then, if I want to stream anything I have to pay an additional fee per night for faster Wi-Fi. Personally, I find this ridiculous at any hotel, but that's my personal opinion. The "Free" Wi-Fi was fine for surfing the web and checking emails, but while streaming anything it either degraded the quality or buffered a lot because of the speed or lack thereof. 5. Lastly, coffee was horrible! Won't be staying here again if I have a choice in the matter.

Great experience with the front desk staff! Ian, Claire, and Lacy were there and happy to help. Smoothest check-in I've experienced in a hot minute and absolutely no issues getting a toothbrush since I forgot mine. Will return when I visit again!
