El señor que estaba por las noches, ha sido súper desagradable, haciéndonos sentir fatal por llevar un perro. Cuando hemos tenido que pagar por él y están permitidos. El hotel genial, el personal de la noche, indeseable.

PESIMA INATALACIONES VUEJAS Y TODO MUY SUCIO. SABANAS ROTAS ALMOHADAS AMARILLAS, UNA ALGOMBRA MUY SUCIA Y MANCHADA. MEGRA DE LA SUCIEDAD. ME VI OBLIGADO A HOSPEDARME POR LA HORA(1AM) PERO HAMAS VOLVERE

The basics are goed at the hotel, but it needs some tender love and care. Sadly there is no full hotel bar and there is no restaurant at the hotel. There are no eggs of any kind available at breakfast.

Worst ever an stay experience in Madrid. Occasion to live in hotel with a Tour. Being pure vegetarian have restrictions for food. Requested staff to keep buffet little away and not mixed up with other food. After request did not happen. Over and above that staff was rude and unruly. We come from india a country which works with principal of ‘Atithi Devo Bhav’ ( in Hindi- means Guest are God. I will recommend all to not stay or even book this hotel as their Service and training to staff is probably worst and hotel likely to give you bad holiday experience.

pleasant stay, no issues. The breakfast could be richer. Overall, the hotel is fine, clean and comfortable.

Service was really very good but the new management are making things were really bad and misserable in order to SAVE MONEY Breakfast terrible; poor quality cold cuts, not eggs or anything hot, limited service and attention (only one person to handle breakfast to dozens of people) Maintenance many things did not work, Doors do not lock properly, WC where stuck room temperature difficult to handle. Some amenities like water on the reception eliminated (to force people to but water) but the refrigerators were empty.. Also rooms use to have a equipped with coffe or tea machines Well NO LONGER ARE THERE. i am not sure if the new manager is trying to KILL THE HOTEL or just REDUCE COSTS TO INCREMENT HIS BONUS but this guy SHOULD BE FIRED BEFORE RUINING WHAT USE TO BE A NICE HOTEL

The room is good but no life in the area. Not appropriate for tourist.
