Air Palace Hotel

Unbeknownst to us, The Air Palace Hotel in Leini is strictly a Business Hotel. We were visiting family in Leini and this was the only local place to stay. Both male Reception staff were abrupt and acted as if they didn't want to bother with us or care for our needs. Female staff in the Restaurant were lovely and nothing was too much for them to do for you. Our room was very large, with a fridge, safe and a modern ensuite. It also had a large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The safe did not work, probably flat batteries. We raised this issue 3 times over 4 days and still wasn't fixed. The issue wasn't even written anywhere by both Guys on Reception. We also couldn't get Sky TV to work, but again they weren't bothered. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. For a Business Hotel, there weren't even any USB ports anywhere in the room..... good job we had an adaptor plug. As the room overlooked the front, you could hear traffic, both day and night. The glazing was very poor. The pool and gym were great and well-equipped. A sumptuous Breakfast was available, with nothing too much trouble for the waiting staff. It wasn't an expensive place to stay, at 100 Euro prpn, B&B. However, we did not enjoy the stay, with poor Reception staff customer service and not having a single good night's sleep, owing to excessive traffic noise. They really don't cater for Tourists and if you have any issues, forget about them being resolved.

L'Air Palace è un hotel eccellente e comodo per la vicinanza all'aeroporto. Ho trovato il personale molto professionale, cortese e capace nel rispondere a tutte le esigenze. Le stanze sono ampie, molto pulite, set di cortesia molto carini. il ristorante ha un menù molto vario così come la carta dei vini. I piatti serviti erano ottimi e serviti con grande eleganza. Per tutte le future soste opterò per questa struttura anche per la spa in cui stavolta non sono riuscita ad andare.

Sono diversi anno che quando sono in zona a Torino e mi sono trovato sempre bene. Hotel di livello con ottime camere e tutte le specifiche di un ottimo hotel. Ristorante di livello con un’ottima cantina e personale simpatico e molto attento alle esigenze. Ci torno sempre volentieri

Con il mio ragazzo abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fermarci per qualche giorno in questo bellissimo hotel per visitare Torino. Davvero una bella esperienza. Grande attenzione alla pulizia con tutte le attenzioni necessarie a deliziare gli ospiti. Palestra, piscina, davvero tutto il necessario per stare bene. Ristorante di alto livello e personale, sia dell'hotel che del ristorante, davvero cortese e disponibile. Molto allineato con i prezzi in considerazione della qualità offerta. Torneremo di sicuro.

Stanza matrimoniale ampia e molto accogliente, Letto molto comodo, Hotel molto quieto e silenzioso, personale molto cordiale professionale e gentile. L'hotel è a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Caselle. Parcheggio facile. Ho usufrutio anche del ristorante e devo dire che ho mangiato molto bene. Perfetto per soggiorni di lavoro e per punto di appoggio vicino all aeroporto. Consigliatissimo

.j'ai trouvé cet hotel très bien rapport Qualité prix. La chambre est assez grande très confortable Belle salle de bain avec baignoire à remous est douche. Petit Coin salon. Quatres bouteilles d'eau gratuites dans le petit réfrigérateur. Belle piscine intérieure avec transat et jacuzzi. Petit déjeuner très bien avec les produits frais d'excellents jus de fruit. Petits points négatifs le lit pas très confortable et le sommier fait beaucoup de bruit quand on remue. La chambre n est pas très bien insonorisée et le fait de devoir payer 2 euros la serviette qu'on nous prête à la piscine et qui n est mentionné nul part. Apportez celle de votre chambre.
