Incredible customer service and experience. I've worked in hospitality for most of my life and the staff and management at this location were stellar. They were extremely accommodating for my specific needs and went above and beyond at every opportunity. Carlos, Shelby and Richard were outstanding as well as the other people I met. The hotel itself was spotless and the amenities were perfect. I would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the area. I had a bad experience with service and management at a nearby hotel (Staybridge) prior to this, and the time I spent at Hampton reminded me that there are still real and good people here in this industry. Carlos and his staff at the Naples Hampton have gained a customer for life.

We stayed during Hurricane Milton… Carlos, Eduardo and Shelby made our stay amazing. These people are seriously skilled in hospitality and do whatever means necessary to make your stay tailored exactly how you’d like it, Thank you to this team and these amazing people.

Among all my travels, this is my favorite hotel! (MEREDES always smiling as she prepared breakfast ). EXCELLENT STAFF! VIKIANA, WILL, OSLEIDI, RICHARD are truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They greeted me EVERY TIME I came and went. They asked about my day, if there was anything I needed. They helped me find my keys! Filled my cooler with iced. Asked what kind of food I liked so they could recommend restaurants, beaches, stores. I had the best conversations with them. ❤️. I firmly believe that kindness isn’t just part of their job, it’s the way they live their lives. While the hotel is beautiful, brand new, spotless, spacious rooms, great amenities, complimentary coffee, fruit infused Water, fresh fruit and more 24/7, perfect location, and SAFE! Their Staff is what makes this beautiful Hotel shine the most. I will be frequenting Naples for years as my daughter has relocated to Naples. This particular Hampton Inn will be my home away from home every time. I can’t wait to see everyone again ❤️

When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the front desk. The facility is extremely clean and well kept up. When my wife and I went to the bar, we were greeted by Vicki. Vicki was respectful and professional and treated us very good. It was an enjoyable night. Tim Martin
