Imagine how horrible it is being told you need to leave the property that you’ve paid to stay at for no apparent reason. Just as the other review mentioned no one takes responsibility for their actions. They are liars, the staff cut my reservation short without notice. We had a reservation split up for 5 and 2 nights, on the 6th day - I received a call saying that we needed to get out of the room because it was reserved for someone else which was not true they made me pay for two additional nights. They took my money for two nights and lied about my the confirmation they said that they reserved me for one night when I clearly confirmed two nights. Either the staff members wanted to take my money for their own purpose or use my hotel room to sleep for themself- either way I hope no one else returns to this horrible establishment since they don’t care for their customers! Horrible customer service makes this property appear to be trashy. My comments were referring to the two men that work at the front reception area

Very well kept ground. The room was very clean with new modern design and fixtures. Not just high end and well maintained for a Caribbean destination but a high end well maintained place by any standard. Just a few steps from and incredible beach as well as creole village and the marina. Has gated parking and parking garage as well as parking lot across the street. Great views from just most rooms, and incredibly friendly helpful staff. The price was more than fair for such an incredible accommodation. I would certainly stay there again and recommend this hotel if you are staying in point du bout.

Appartement très propre, à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. Bien agencés et beaucoup de rangement. Parking dans la résidence. Clim efficace . Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Supermarché à 10 min en voiture. Très belle plage à côté du coco bar. Je recommande

Agréable surprise. La résidence est très bien situé au village créole . C’est neuf et très bien entretenu . Il y a un parking couvert ce qui est appréciable pour les fortes chaleur . L appartement est très bien décoré , neuf et moderne . Entièrement équipé avec goût dans les moindres détails . Le ménage est fait en milieu de séjour. On s’y sent bien . Les parties communes sont agréables et jolies.

La Résidence KAOUANNE est propre et en bon état. Il y a un parking gratuit et abrité. Une plage se trouve à 3 minutes à pieds. La résidence ne sert pas de petit déjeuner mais à 5 minutes on peut s'attabler à une boulangerie pour le prendre. Le personnel est sympathique mais en soirée l'accueil est fermé. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.

L’endroit idéal pour avoir accès à la plage, restaurants et boutiques. Avec une superbe vue sur l’Anse Mitan!

Logement très classe, neuf, parfaitement équipé. A noter la grande gentillesse du personnel d’accueil et le service (mise à disposition d’une zone de transit avec douche et wc pour se changer avant de reprendre l’avion).

Très jolie, très bien situé à quelques pas d’une magnifique plage. Nous avons adoré!

La résidence est super bien située. Les studios sont propres. La voiture est stationné en sécurité avec une barrière et stationnement à l’abri, Nous sommes très heureux dlsviir choisi de séjourner à cet endroit.
