Ev sahibimiz son derece cana yakın ve yardımseverdi, adada gezinmemize ve çamaşırlarımızı yıkamak için organize olmak da dahil olmak üzere her türlü isteğimize yardımcı olmaya her zaman hazırdı! Şiddetle tavsiye edilir, yataklar süper rahattı, tereddüt e**eden tekrar kalırdım.

Don't know where to start. Eleia was the perfect destination from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed by the reception team, shown promptly to our beautiful hotel room and settled in immediately. The room was so clean, so comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful toiletries, comfy big bed and the view was to die for. The outside space was also immaculate, the sunbeds were comfortable and the terrace got all day sun. It was so peaceful and private as well. There are only 6 rooms alongside the 3 or 4 villas so it will never feel busy I am sure which was perfect for our relaxing stay. The housekeepers thoroughly cleaned the room daily and changed bedding/towels every other day. Our private pool was super cold so we didn't use it much but we understand it will heat up as the season goes on. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Everything thoughtfully presented and served on individual stands. All fresh and plentiful. Love the minimize waste approach of serving this way as opposed to buffet breakfasts. hot options were available to add on each morning and brought fresh to the table cooked to order but we only had these a couple of days as there was plenty without this. On our last morning there was packed up sandwiches alongside our breakfast to take on our journey which was an extra special thoughtful touch most welcome. The hotel is down a dead end road so very quiet and felt very safe. There is a restaurant within walking distance called the caravan (don't be put off by the name) which was fantastic. The town of Petra is a short drive (5 mins) away and the town of Mythima is around 15 minutes away, both have plenty of nice restaurants, bars and shops. I wouldn't recommend staying at the hotel without a hire car though. Lesvos was beautiful and green, very quiet at the start of the season and the local were most welcoming. Petra is the nicest area we found. The beaches aren't as nice as other Greek island beaches but the scenery makes up for it. We would return to Eleia anytime we were visiting Lesvos again and would recommend it highly. An absolute gem and we didn't see anywhere else as nice on the whole island. Thanks to the whole team for making it so special!

The owner and staff couldn't have done more for us - they were all so lovely! Breakfast was amazing and different every day with different home made Greek treats. The Suite was beyond what we could have ever wanted, beautiful views from your own private pool. We cannot wait to come back! Emily & Luke

Just returned from a 10 night stay here and the these villas are fantastic. The staff were great. The sunsets are heavenly. Some minor things they can improve upon, but they are very receptive to hear from guests and improve. I cannot recommend it enough. It is so quiet here you can hear yourself think over the gentle sounds of the waves. You definitely need a car

We stayed at Eleia Villas in May 2022, we decided to try the villas as we had been coming to Lesbos for 15 years and knew where they were. Although they are more expensive than some other accommodations they were well worth it. We had a warm welcome from Pinelopi, the villa was extremely clean and well equipped. The private pool, the views and the overall design of the villa was fantastic. Lily cleaned the villa daily and was lovely and friendly. We met the family that owns the villas and they were also very friendly and helpful. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony superb. You can walk to The Caravan by the sea for good food and lovely people, Avlaki is just a bit further around the coast where there are sunbeds and another great restaurant. You probably need to have transport to make the most of the beautiful island of Lesbos. We will be back next year.

An amazing place. The villas are lovely, clean and very comfortable. The views were beautiful. They were cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens every other day. We have never been treated like that when we have self catered previously! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Booking us restaurants and recommending boat trips etc. Cant thank them enough for making our stay perfect. Pools were salt water and very clean. They are in a peaceful location but close to 2 villages for restaurants and shops. Within walking distance is "the Caravan" a really pretty restaurant, with great food and friendly owners. Mylovos is a short drive away and a lovely place to wander through the streets. Can't recommend Eleia highly enough.

We have been booking villas in Greece and in other countries for many years and it's the first time that we've had one where the owner has given so much care and attention to the comfort of the guests and bed as this one. There is no footboard, which is essential for tall people and there is a lovely choice of pillows. The views from the bedroom and pool are exceptional and the quality of the villa, its fittings and appearance was top-notch. The attentiveness of the owner, the agent, the villa's daily cleaner and the maintenance man was without fault. The owner visited (but not intruded) the villas regularly and, if she met us, she checked that all was well and we were happy - which we were. All were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help. As regards the location of the villa, it's in exactly the right place for the views and within easy reach of what we thought were the two best spots on the island, Petra and Molyvos. The only comment we added to put the 'cherry on the cake' for visitors staying more than 1 week, would be to have a washing machine available and a few more pots, pans & bowls in the kitchen - but as I say, all perfectly adequate and manageable for us as a couple. In short, the villa is perfect for a romantic holiday for 2 and would easily accommodate another couple in the second bedroom (by that I mean that it is a real bedroom and not a sofabed!). We'd recommend these villas wholeheartedly!

Beautiful villa. Cleaned daily by the wonderful lily. The pool was cleaned daily too. Everyone was very friendly. Very clean and well equipped. Good location to visit some lovely villages. We don’t do beaches but the ones we saw looked lovely.

Nous avons passé 9 jours de rêve à Eleia Seafront Villas, dans une villa magnifique à Anaxos sur l’île Lesvos, en bord de colline face à la mer. Dans chaque pièce de la villa une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un coucher et un lever du soleil unique et magique. La villa est d’un grand luxe et très calme, tout est conçu intelligemment. Une chambre au premier étage avec vue sur mer lorsque l’on est couché. Incroyable.Une terrasse avec vue sur mer de chaque côté où l’on se trouve. Piscine privée pour chaque villa, avec une vue mer imprenable. Le personnel est très très accueillant et professionnel. Un soin haut standing est accordé à chaque villa tant au niveau de la propreté que du service, nichées dans une région calme et aux paysages féeriques. Pinelopi, la responsable, est aux petits soins et disponible à n’importe quelle heure, gentillesse, sympathique et très souriante. Bravo! Vanessa, la propriétaire, chaleureuse et adorable, gère ce complexe de manière remarquable et professionnelle, rien n’est laissé au hasard, une attention particulière à la satisfaction de chaque client, tout est fait pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Quel accueil chaleureux. Séjour incroyable, des étoiles plein les yeux et des souvenirs mémorables. Magnifique. Simply the best!
