Campanile Beaune

Rooms very basic - the second night I was in a room with an adjoining door and the occupants might have well been in my room as there was no sound proofing -did not enjoy the very poor quality food - very over priced and very little choices - if you were a vegetarian forget it - will never stay there again.

Really outstanding for a Campanile - decent menue, good wine list, good rooms and overall a nice environment ( there‘s even a pool and an outside barbecue stand, where fresh food is prepared to order). Very friendly staff. If you go to / pass trough Burgundy do an overnight stay here. Highly recommendable!

Really nice hotel close to Beaune city centre. Stuff was really friendly, room was clean and had everything you may need. It was really comfortable to stay there. Breakfast was good and had different options to choose from. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, it was definitely a nice experience as well as visiting Beaune😊

Simple hotel to stay one night. Noting fancy at Al. Breakfast was surprisingly good!

The other night my phone rang and it said it was a call from Beaune so I answered. The lady asked me if we were still coming tonight. To which I replied no not tonight it's tommorow. I looked up my reservation and she was right I made a mistake!! And the hotel was fully booked the next night. To say I was stressed out was an understatement. The lady on the phone (sorry I forgot her name) was very kind and told me she would cancel my reservation for that night and put me on a list for the next night in case something would open up. We booked another campanile in another town (pretty much everything was fully booked everywhere) in case it would not work out but we were in luck as the next day they tried to contact us to inform us they had room opening up!! We arrived a little before 3pm and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was familiar with our situation and was so happy she was able to help us. My daughter was looking forward to this stop because this hotel has a pool. So she was super excited when we got a room after all! Our room was on the first floor facing the garden. Good beds, great shower and very comfortable with the ac and screen, which makes the room completely dark. We spent some time by the pool of course with our daughter. We ordered some cocktails they were really good. We had the daily special from the outside grill. Despite a rocky start, caused by myself, the hotel staff made sure everything was wonderful in the end! Would definitely recommend this hotel, if only for its incredibly kind staff!!

Was a one-night stay on my way south. Hotel is pretty conveniently located about 3 mins from the highway but not too close for the noise. Reception was quick and friendly, restaurant with hood food at reasonable prices. Room definitely dated, with some mould on the lower tiles of the shower - which worked really well otherwise. Bed was hard and creaky when turning - guess my least-favorite item in this hotel.

This was a very pleasant stay on my trip home after my holidays. I feeled welcome when arriving. The supper was delicious, and the service very friendly, even though the restaurant was crowded. Breakfast was equally excellent with fresh fruit salad and a buffet with a large choixe of food.

The hotel is situated only 5 minutes from a motorway exit, there is ample parking and it is on a quiet road: perfect for a short stay while travelling longer. The rooms are functional, but clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful, the needs for our small family with a baby were catered for without stress.
