What's not to like about this hotel? Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Lobby bar, restaurant, and roof top bar are great. Can't wait to stay here again next time work brings me anywhere close to the area.

THE VALET LOST OUR KEYS CAUSING MY WIFE TO MISS AN APPT. WE DROVE ALMOST 3 HRS IN THE SNOW STORM FOR SOMEONE WITH THE CONTRACTED VALET SERVICE TO LOSE OUR KEYS. THEY FOUND THEM 2 HRS LATER, WE CHECKED OUT AND LEFT. WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK. VALET COMPANY COST THE HOTEL $700-$800. WE CANCELED OUR ANNIVERSARY DINNER RESERVATIONS AND WENT HOME.

Everything was great. All employees were professional and courteous. Room was clean. Great location. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice however very busy with people every where. The air conditioning was not working properly. Bed was very comfortable.

Very inviting property with great front bar and restaurant. We booked due to the closeness of Manchester Music Hall.
