"The quality of service at this hotel depends on the front desk staff! I had a good stay 5 days ago, but the staff I checked in again 5 days later were terrible. I pay for service, not your sullen face. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have complained to the front desk lady with glasses who worked the night shift on August 21st! The toilet door wouldn't close, the TV wouldn't turn on, and there was urine on the toilet! I couldn't get through to the front desk, and going downstairs myself couldn't fix the problem either. They wouldn't change rooms, and even refused to give me a bottle of water when I asked for it in such hot weather! The facilities are outdated, and the low occupancy rate is entirely due to tour groups! This level of service is terrible! If you like to open blind boxes, you can try it! I've blocked her and will not stay here again!"

"Location is fantastic, only 1.6km from the Tenglong cave. You can walk there if you wanted. Plenty of food options nearby. Very kind and friendly staff. Room has all the essentials, plus they have a laundry room in the 2nd floor that requires a keycard to enter. We felt very comfortable washing our clothes unattended while we went out for dinner. Only complaint is that there is construction outside which was dusty and some floor tiles outside the hotel were missing. 9/10 Hotel for sure"
