酒店服務相當貼心，有求必應，最後退房那天由於趕飛機來不及在酒店吃早餐，酒店提前給我們每個人準備了一個袋子裏面有自製三明治小零食果汁。酒店周圍有很多餐館，出門步行就能走到，打車可以讓前台幫忙叫車

What a wonderful hotel! Our welcome was friendly and professional. We were so thrilled to be offered an upgrade and were shown two beautiful rooms both with balconies which we could chose from. We were left to settle in and then offered complimentary drinks. We also had some lunch chosen from an extensive menu. Beautifully presented and delicious. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, robes and a beach bags. Pool towels were changed daily. Lovely eco friendly toiletries. All the staff were amazing - friendly, professional, approachable. The food was amazing - a huge variety for breakfast. Served a hot drink of your choice (no awful coffee machine) plus a freshly squeezed orange juice. Evening meal was four courses all served to your table. All serving staff were amazing and food excellent and of a high standard. Better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone. A five mile walk down the promenade towards the lighthouse was nice in the sunshine. Be warned though not many toilets were available so take a 50 cent coin with you :) Thank you for an amazing stay.

My wife, our sons (aged 4 and 6 months) and I stayed in junior suite ( June 2024). We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and the pool / beach area is well maintained. The management did everything possible to make our stay with 2 young children as easy as possible. The suite was wonderful with a very large bed! We had a nice sea view and a modern bathroom. This room was perfect for us. The hotel is near shops / restaurants but also has nice food / drinks on offer. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. My wife was happy with the family room, plenty of space and finally a hotel with a comfy bed for her. In the morning great breakfast then heated pool or beach, couple of meters away. Kids liked a walk for an ice cream at the piazza nearby. Must mention a hotel staff was really helpful and friendly, always smiling. One of the places you regret leaving when your holiday is over!

The stay in the Park Hotel Brasilia was excellent. We would mention as reasons: - the amazing breakfast buffet, - the now heated pool and - the nice rooms. But above all these reasons are the people working there. They create a really special atmosphere with their helpfullness and kindness.

I can't recommend this place enough. The staff and service are out of this world, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are clean and beds comfy and location so convenient, steps from lovely beach and the town with shops and other restaurants are just behind. Food and drinks and breakfast are a great standard too. The staff make the stay so special, would love to return.

Amazing staff and fantastic breakfast. From the moment we arrived we were thoroughly looked after and the staff were always very warm and welcoming. Bed was comfy and breakfast has huge selection of delicious food. The coffee was also outstanding

Brasilia is definitely a cool hotel! And of course people make it so - the entire hotel staff is beyond praise - from the reception to the maids! It was so nice to go to breakfast, knowing that not only delicious dishes and carefully selected products, but also wonderful staff!

Our recent stay at your Hotel was a pure delight. The impeccable service, cuisine, and well-maintained facilities made it an unforgettable vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Beyond it the hotel's amenities and cleanliness were exceptional. The serene surroundings and attentive hygiene measures added to the overall comfort.
