Carlos Rodríguez was very helpful and kind with guiding me of the place . Anything I needed he was attentive. Made my stay pleasant! Gracias Carlos ! Definitivamente regreso . This location is only about 15 minutes from the airport so that was good on location. I took an Uber way cheaper than getting a taxi at the airport

Very good reception service! Helpful with everything I wanted. Hotel room was alright. -Pore water pressure -Television was quite old -Bed was hard -Room temperature was way too cold. Food selection in the area was not to be exited about. For an short stay i can recommend.

Was asked to leave the key from the room at the front desk every time I get out . Breakfast was empty and never was refill

All of the Palmetto staff are excellent. Our taxi took us to the wrong hotel and the staff member was able to get us a taxi to the right hotel. At the hotel, the receptionists were cordial and helpful. When we needed a taxi, they ordered one for us and showed us how to get them. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again just for the service alone.

We arrived by a late night flight and had another one in the morning and hence wanted an overnight stay. Since we were late, we also requested dinner to be packed for us (vegetarian) and kept aside. As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff gave us welcome drinks and also handed over our dinner packets which had fruit, sandwiches and more! This was so nice. The room was very clean and spacious. The air-conditioning was nice touch! Cannot say anything about the location as it was just an overnight stay. It's highly recommended!
