I had an absolutely awesome time here. All the staff was lovely and so helpful, the food was amazing. The staff work so hard i have so much respect for you all.... It was Easter weekend too so really enjoyed the local tradition. And traditional Greek singing and dancing round the pool, with spit roast lamb BBQ....I can honestly say I fell in love with the place, absolute beautiful people, stunning place, gorgeous beach. am definitely coming back. Thank you !

Forteini the manageress was just superb . There was no problem too big!! Such a lovely lady. And a shoutout to her team. Impeccable stuff. Thank you Forteini and Heronissos for making our holidays in Crete, Greece a beautiful experience. .

Very nice hotel very clean 100 meters from the beach. This was my first ever solo holiday. The Dimitri and Ana from the bar was so welcoming and friendly they made my holiday such a great experience. The food is outstanding such a lovely place I will be coming back.

All the staff were so welcoming and helpful! Nothing was ever too much for either Dimitris or George! Never wanted to leave! Will 100% be coming back just for them! Drinks are strong but really tasty, food was unbelievable especially the seafood!

Superb value for money Arrived early hours of the morning and I must admit check in was slow, I’d emailed ahead to upgrade to a superior room and it didn’t disappoint. Fresh clean and everything we needed for a two week stay. Fiotini the manager made us feel very special, always stopping for a chat and asking if there was anything she could do for us. Pool was very clean as was the rest of the hotel, food was plentiful, hot, labelled and we always found something we liked. The staff were efficient friendly and well trained to solve any problem a guest may have. No entertainment, but that suits us. We have only once in thirty odd years of travelling returned to a hotel and we would definitely return here 👍 A big thank you to all the staff for a great stay xx

Staff very friendly and very chatty perfect hotel and place to stay for all types of travelers very nice food and drink too. Room was very spacious and comfortable especially being solo would highly recommend people to chose this hotel over most thank you

We had very positive experience in this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. Room was lovely and cleaned daily. Food very tasty and large selection of different dishes. I would highly recommend Heronissos hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday in Crete.

I arrived at Heronissos hotel with my girlfriend and her family, the hotel it’s really nice with a pool and excellent food. The people who serving in the bar (Mike , Dimitris & Anna) are extremely friendly, hard working (the whole day) very welcoming and are a great chat (whenever they have some free time in between). I promise you won’t regret choosing the hotel to stay for your holiday in Greece, Crete!

Overall, the hotel was brilliant! A great location to the bars and beach, plenty of restaurants nearby and the shop in the hotel was very convenient. The food was pretty good, some repetition, but to be expected. I managed to eat every day as a vegan problem free, with most dishes labelled to say if the veggies were cooked in butter or oil. We upgraded to the superior room and it was worth the money. It felt very modern, clean, and the cleaning staff attended regularly. We did have a drainage issue with the shower, so had to use the hand held shower instead of waterfall - it was only a minor issue and didn't hugely affect us. Staff were very helpful when we reported it. They could not do enough for you, everyone from the cleaners to bar staff and receptionists were always friendly and happy to help, even allowing us to use the all inclusive after check out as we had a late flight. There is a tax to pay in cash on arrival which we were not aware of when booking, but this is likely an issue with our holiday provider. The hotel has everything you need, with towels to rent, a powerful hairdryer and plenty of loungers. There was not entertainment every night, but we did arrive early in the season. Would stay again if we were to return.
