The premier Inn is in an Excellent location our stay in Lincoln was great, beautiful city. We were visiting family and visited the castle and cathedral

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable room, great sleep on very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return. Easy parking in NCP car park behind hotel.

Full marks except the bedding should have been better we had a twin room and both beds were made up with a double sheet folded in half. Not able to tuck in the sides, so every movement rucked up the sheets! Also, the quilt was too thick for the time of year. We did not sleep well! There was a large, wet stain on the carpet that had been missed by the cleaners. Everything else was good.

Last minute booking and didn't see a staff member the whole time but didn't need to. Simple electronic booking in process. Very quiet hotel and very comfy bed. Tea and coffee in room and blackout curtains. All great. Just the WiFi which was a bit temperamental.

From arriving to leaving, supportive, helpful staff. Room spotlessly clean, always a luxurious mattress and pillows! Nothing could be improved in....finished off with a fabulous breakfast!

Rooms was lovely but cold buffet on the two mornings was to our expectations and being ex employee I know what to expect

On arrival the hotel was having some IT issues so check in was a little slower but the team were very apologetic and sorted things as quickly as possible. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel is well located - just a few mins walk into the centre.

Food was really delicious and very enjoyable with clean plates from the children. Excellent value for the meal deals and breakfast also the same Helpful and friendly staff Couldn't ask for a better stay. Any requests were met by the friendly staff.

Enjoyed an overnight stay in a Premier Plus room, in this centrally placed hotel in Lincoln. Very well equipped, fridge, walk in shower, large screen TV, comfortable bed, view of the Cathedral. Paid for car parking in the multi storey car park next door, sadly no discounts through the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't use the restaurant, as there's so many other options close by.
