Our air con wasn’t working for the entire stay. It was therefore impossible to sleep as you can’t open the windows because of all the partying noise and it was simply too hot and felt suffocating. We raised this immediately with the hotel but very little effort was made. The staff didn’t even pass on the message to the next shift. All of them promised to speak to the manager to at least get some money back as we paid for an air conditioned apartment and didn’t get it but again even after chasing there has been no apology nor money back. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty with a lot of hair from previous guests so unfortunately I can’t recommend this place.
