Excellent location with supermarket, diners and cafe nearby. Great hospitality from the service team. The only downside would be the drain smell in the bathroom but if you close the door, that would be fine.

Nous avons apprécié beaucoup notre séjour à cet hôtel moi et mon fils . Le personnel est accueillant et aidant.
Le ménage de la chambre est fait quotidiennement et c est agréable. On ne peut pas demander mieux pour l emplacement la sortie du métro est juste à côté de l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique.
Proche aussi d un centre commercial que nous avons découvert à la fin de notre séjour.
Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Publicité mensongère, vu sur l’autoroute pas de Clim sous 30 degrés pas de boutons pour allumer la douche !!! Fuite au plafond. J’ai dépensé plus de 400€ j’essaie de me faire rembourser sans nouvelles pour le moment c’est un scandal !

This hotel is my go to in Lisbon. Its located outside of the tourist district but still close enough by metro, Uber, or a long walk.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I also like sitting in the cafe drinking coffee. The stafe is friendly and very helpful.

This could be a nice play to stay for one night or two if you are looking for an economic option. But for a longer stay, it has many issues. The breakfast buffet was really disappointing because the hot options (eggs, beans, etc.) were all cold, which was a real moodkiller for us in the morning. Another major issue for us was that there was a weird smell in the hotel and in our room it sometimes smelled like sewage. Finally, we were really disappointed to find out that there wasn't a decent chair with backrest in our room. When I told them that I have a back problem, they sent me a really bad metal chair that was difficult to seat on.
On the plus side however, the room was clean and the cleaning service was nice.

This my second stay here & the last was under a year ago so I think that speaks volumes.
Very easy to locate & travel to & from, courtesy of the brilliant Lisbon Metro system & bus routes.
Rooms are a good size, very clean & good facilities in them. My one issue would be that if you are going to refurbish sometime in the future make some provisions for a central charging point in the rooms. There are sockets but only one that you don't have to unplug something to power or charge a device.
Nice sized fridge, kettle, coffee machine & hairdryer. Good sized bathroom with lovely shower & toiletries provided.
