員工很友善，對房間面積也滿意。 地點很方便，在Sao Sebastiao 站一出便到了。 我也試用了泳池。就是隔音有點差，隔壁洗澡或在廁所聊天你會聽到。

酒店位置很好，近地鐵站，工作人員也很友善。但房間設備很一般，沒有USB插座，酒店也不提供暫借服務，插座殘舊鬆脫。房內燈光太暗，尤其洗手間，燈光不足。早餐還算可以。

Great location but questionable servic.
Waterleak? Leave some room towels on the lobby floor for 3 days
Breakfast? Leave the same sausages simmering in the same grease for 3 days
Drinking water in the room? Just the first night, then nothing.
Great location for shopping and metro connection to the airport just across the street. Could have been great if the staff put some effort in.

Good staff especially Antonio. However, the room was stifling with no air conditioning or air circulation for that matter. Repeated calls to the front desk did not rectify the situation.

Great hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds! The breakfast was good and fresh. We also liked to pool and the sauna if the weather wasn’t the best during our visit. Perfect location with the metro just outside. Perfect hotel for a few days in the city:)

Smooth checkin, very comfortable bed (I slept way better than in normal hotel beds), easy access to rooftop pool and sauna, friendly staff that allowed for late check-out.
A little bit of airplane noise, but that's pretty much unavoidable in Lisbon.
Breakfast was very tasty, but could have had more options.

Location is excellent, metro to the airport just outside the hotel and easy enough to get to other parts of Lisbon from here.
Hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Also the pool was great in the evening to cool off after a day of sightseeing.
Breakfast was alright, had everything you want but nothing too exciting.
Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Very few room amenities. Hand soap at the sink and body soap in the tub. No face soap or lotion. No kettle in the room. The room was very tiny. Check in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was standard hotel food. I will stay here again if I have no other choice, but won't go out of my way to stay here. No reason to recommend this hotel to friends or family. A very forgettable experience.
