I have to admit that I lucked out picking this property, rather than picking because I knew what was going, and I definitely got lucky! It was wonderfully located to pretty much everything in the Baxia District, was easily found by taxi/rideshare, and public transportation was a breeze! The staff was attentive and all great at the jobs! The breakfast isn’t the best you’ll get in town, but it wasn’t bad at all (especially if you’ve had any experience with US chain hotel breakfasts!) and provided a good start for exploring. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was in a great central location for exploring all that Lisbon has to offer. Additionally a short walk to the nearest metro station. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much of an ask. The breakfast was lovely and I liked the pastries and port that were on offer during the day should you just want to take a minute to rest before heading back out again. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful city.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I arrived at 5am from an overnight flight and figured I would drop off my bag and then find a place to hang out somewhere for since the check in time is not until 3pm. They were able to prioritize getting me a room and I was able to check in early before 10am. In addition, they set me up with space in the breakfast area with tea, cake and wifi while I waited and then even gave me free breakfast when the breakfast opened. The breakfast was delicious by the way. They also gave me plenty of information on how to get around and where to eat in the neighborhood. In addition, the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the hotel is in a fantastic location surrounded by shops and restaurants and close to many tourist sights as well as public transportation. However, the people working the front desk really made my stay special.

Great little hotel in a fantastic position. Right in the centre of the old City. You can walk everywhere, close to all metro, tram and bus links. It is surrounded by restaurant options. Being in the heart of the city means you can hear the city outside but not so much that it was a problem for us. The rooms are modern, clean and comfy, breakfast fresh and tasty, there is complementary tea coffee and cake available in reception all day and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful. It's close to the Metro and public transit and convenient to many atttractions so you can walk to them. The facilities were comfortable and the breakfast very satisfying.

We did a last-minute booking after landing in Lisbon for the night. We were greeted a friendly staff. There was cake, coffee and even wine offered to us when we arrived. Check in was a breeze and the room was just as described. The next morning the breakfast amazing. They had an assortment of cheese, eggs made to order, pastries and juices. Would highly recommend.

Clean comfortable room, super cute bathroom! Very nice views from the window. Staff was very accommodating and hospitable!! Would definitely come again.
