Perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, budget hotel in a good location in Lisbon. Metro just outside, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Attentive and friendly staff, the little surprise at checkout was a nice touch to end the stay. We will definitely recommend and be back next time !

Location was very convenient with metro exit in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and raesonably spacious.

Staff were amazing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We would highly recommend. It is steps to the Metro making it convienient to get around. About 20 min and you are im Rossio square in the heart of Lisboa's tourist attractions. They replenished water daily and gave a gift when we checked out.

The best part of the property was the location - right next to the train station.
The worst part had to be the housekeeping. It was terribly inconsistent.
One day we would find the water replaced, another day nothing. One day our towels would be replaced, another day left there. One day the cups would be washed, another day the cups would be taken away completely and not replaced.
Additionally, housekeeping had a really bad habit of talking on their phones on speaker all through the morning while they were working on other rooms. We could hear everything (including whatever was coming out through the phone's speakers), which was not a pleasant experience.
Overall, I can't recommend this hotel for their poor service levels.

Decent sized clean rooms in Saldanha, a modern building right next to the Metro station. Helpful staff, though they gave us 2 identical rooms for different category (and priced) rooms we booked. Not sure if we ended up overpaying.
Overall price is quite high for what's offered and other comparable places.

Very convenient location, Metro station just outside the hotel. Many dinner options along the street. Hotel offered breakfast for our stay as well. Easy check in and helped us stored the bags because we were arriving early. They also gave each customer a little gift after checking out.
