Cozy Lisbon Graça

The flat was very spacious and stylish. Very clean and the beds were really confortable. The garden is very nice, with a big orange tree and a relaxing zone. Easy check in allowed us to arrive late at night without any problems.

We booked Cozy Lisbon Graca which was listed as a premium 5 star apartment. Our stay was nothing but a series of disappointments both in terms of the state of the property and with the poor customer service from the so called property manager Teresa, who was certainly not doing her job to take care of this property. The disappointments started before our arrival. A few weeks after booking we had questions about the pool, we were informed that it would no be working this spring or summer, however they still continue to list their pool as an amenity. The day before arriving we asked if they provided dishwasher tablets. We were suddenly informed it had been removed from the apartment because it was no longer working but it was still listed as an amenity. There was no offering to replace the dishwasher ahead of our arrival. We arrived in the evening to a filthy dirty apartment. We turned on the light in the bathroom and found the shower floor covered in mould with a wooden crate placed over the drain to cover up some of the mess. However when lifting up the crate we found it was also full of mould and fungus. A clear health hazard staying there with two young children. We then found that after walking around the apartment in our socks they had turned black with dirt. The floor had not been cleaned/wet mopped probably in months. It was filthy dirty. It continued with one bad surprise after another. The hot water was not working in the kitchen so we actually had to boil water to mix with cold water to wash the dishes. The dishes and kitchen were also very dirty. We had booked a 5 person apartment and were provided dishware for two people. There were lights missing, chair broken/about to collapse if anyone had sat on it, etc. The site had advertised fresh oranges and lemons from the garden. There was a lemon tree a few gardens over with no access for guests with rotted lemons all over the ground. This was a 1 star apartment at most but charging 5 star premium prices, really unbelievable. Please do not be fooled by the heavily retouched and outdated photos they are using and the amenities they falsely claim to offer.

The apartment is advertised with the Clean and safe guarantee, one of the reasons for choosing it. It was really dirty, and run down;Pieces of rubber coming out of the windows, suspicious objects stuck to the walls, a kind of hole in the wall of a bedroom, and a lot of careless details… The shower, in addition to being dirty, did not run, the same as the sink and the kitchen sink. And the faucet is about to fall off. We only stayed 5 nights and it was not worth complaining about and having to wait for new cleaning. The neighborhood is central and picturesque, the hill to get to the flat is too steep and too long in hot weather. The positive is the friendliness of the contact person and the lovely lady on the first floor.

Voltámos a Lisboa para um fim-de-semana e ficámos novamente na Cozy Lisbon graça. Como sempre muito confortável, quase como estar em casa! O apartamento estava limpo e com todos os equipamentos necessários para estás curtas estádias! Os finais de tarde no jardim, são maravilhosos. Não podemos deixar de agradecer à Teresa por toda amabilidade, simpatia e disponibilidade!

Excelente experiência, foram muito atenciosos e o quarto é tal e qual como no anúncio. A zona da Graça tem vários pontos turísticos para visitar, que tornam a experiência muito agradável. Recomendo o miradouro ao final do dia. Local a repetir, adorei.

Apartamentos de enorme bom gosto, com uma remodelação que respeita a traça histórica da cidade, óptimos para férias e lazer, com um serviço de enorme simpatia. O check in e o checkout foram excelentes com boas indicações para desfrutar das redondezas. Voltarei, de certeza!

Самый отвратительный отель, в котором я когда либо была !!!! Меня покусали постельные вши и блохи ! Мы с мужем забронировали апартаменты в Португалии городе Лиссабон на 3 ночи, это наш первый опыт, так как обычно мы всегда арендуем отель, но так как в Португалии очень мало отелей мы решились на апартаменты, при заселение мы сразу заметили резкий запах сырости и плесени, но так как там недалеко океан, я подумала наверное это сырости и решила не заострять на этом внимание. Пройдя по апартаментам я заметила что везде очень пыльно в углах плесень, раковина отваливается, но так как мы с мужем были очень уставшими мы решили просто полежать отдохнуть, после того как я прилегла и попыталась уснуть я почувствовала какой то дискомфорт, я постоянно чесалась, я подумала это от одежды или не знаю чего ещё, но когда мне муж сказал тоже самое мы начали рассматривать кровать, постельное белье было в пятнах крови и грязи причём везде, и тут я поняла в чем дело, мы начли писать хозяину звонить в support букинг, но хозяин сказал что белье чистое его сегодня меняли, и деньги за 3 ночи я вам не верну Букинг сказал что он лишь посредник между двух сторон, мы сняло другой отель и уехали оттуда вечером Я просто испугалась и поняла что я точно не усну Женщина Тереза с которой мы переписывались через Вотсапе не удосужилась даже взять трубку а шеф который должен был придти и все поверить, так и не пришел Будь осторожны !!!

Todo impecable. La gerente muy amable, atenta a todo y disponible , el piso muy guapo y muy práctico. Check-in hecho antes para evitar que tenga que ir por Lisboa con las maletas. Si vuelvo a Lisboa, iré seguramente a ese piso de vuelta
