This is the worst property I have ever stayed. I’m glad I put my suitcase in the shower because I woke up with bed bug bites. When I left I told them everything and they didn’t care. They said I booked through a third party and said it wasn’t our problem.

We checked in, exhausted from a long drive, and after a few minutes realized there were little bug traps in the room with bugs in them. I had turned on the sheets by this time and went down to the lobby to ask for a different room. They had no other rooms. We checked out and went to a nearby hotel paying double unfortunately. After a few phone calls I was told that our stay would be refunded but it took two more calls a week later to actually see that money. I am still waiting on our $25 deposit, have called twice , but I think because we did not actually stay there it will be difficult for them to refund the deposit. We found the room dingy in the kitchen area because everything was repainted a grey although the sheets appeared clean and the bathroom was clean. The thermostat was grimy. Not impressed.

The property itself was ok, but our room had no A/C. When we asked to have someone check it out, we were given a fan. Thankfully, it wasn’t too hot outside, but the room was still between 75-78 degrees during our stay.

Property exceeded our expectations for the rate. Modern decor & appliances in our suite . Very roomy for our family & great location to SIX FLAGS , WALMART , AIRPORT & very accessible to shopping & area attractions downtown ATL. The pool & grill area was an added plus during our holiday family trip, all above items were great - but Mrs Shirley from the housekeeping staff was stellar nothing went unnoticed or undone even during Labor Day Weekend .

Check in was quick and easier. Desk clerk could have been a tad but friendly and less serious.
There was a dirty bowl among the dishes. But the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel was small and quaint I appreciated that easier to get in and out.

All was good with our stay there. Heidi was quite lovely, professional, and efficient. Did a great job making us feel welcome and orienting us to the facility and available amenities.
Two comments: There was a dead roach in the hallway. Maid service should have been taking care of that. Bad enough that there are roaches there (didn't see any in our room), but cleaning folks should not have missed that.
Seems that in GA, roaches are an an acceptable part of life, sight, but as an FYI, for folks from other places, it is not.
Tried to get some towels from housekeeping after our first night, and that was unsuccessful.

It was very clean and very nice. The lady at the front desk Heidi was amazing. She had such a great spirit about her and made my trip worth while. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back here again.
