A friend and I were in town for Stevie Nicks concert at Simmons Arena (5 minutes away). Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Little Rock fit the bill for our stay. Clean spacious double queen bed accomodations, friendly staff and parking garage made our stay perfect. A relaxing bar area for unwinding after the concert was what we needed! A quick swim in the indoor pool before check out topped off our morning! Thank You Courtyard N. Little Rock!

Staff at check-in were wonderful.
Staff at the breakfast area were too busy talking to each other to do their job. My breakfast was ice cold and I had to ask twice for my daughter’s food. It came out 20 minutes after mine.
I’d stay again but would definitely not eat in the breakfast area.

This is our second time staying here and both times have been perfect. The staff is great at their job and very friendly. The room was very clean as well.

Had to change rooms because the smoke alarm was chirping in our room and the maintenance guy had already left for the day. Otherwise, the stay was great and we will definitely be returning on our next trip to LR.

The hotel was very nice and our stay was great. The only thing I didn’t like was how dark our room was. It made putting on makeup difficult.

It was convenient to my job during the wintry weather. The staff was nice but I would have enjoyed a complimentary breakfast.

My son and I booked a room to attend a concert close by. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was beautiful and comfortable.
They only issue I had was that I was charged $20 twice for a hold but the last at customer service couldn't see it on her end. Her best guess was that it will be refunded and then just charge me $11 for the parking garage.
