環境很好，很乾凈，幾乎乾淨到地上地板一點點灰塵都看不到那種！位置離五星步行街很近，一下樓就到青雲市場了。去柳州高鐵站打車也是幾分鐘就到。客服小姐姐非常暖心，我們沒有帶卸粧水，特地準備了卸粧水！有一點非常值得表揚，床上的一次性用品非常齊全我細看了一下，無印良品一次性三件套，花露水（被蚊子咬得不行了找了很久買不到，跟客服小姐姐聯繫特地給我點的外賣送來，真的很暖心），小熊毛巾，耳塞，浴帽，梳子，棉簽，一整包大的紙巾，一次性毛巾，對了，連日拋襪都給我們準備了，這點實在太驚喜！每天都有人打掃衞生，非常推薦！體驗感很好，隔音也非常好，交通方便，真的愛了愛了。客服小姐姐幾乎是秒回，有問必答非常熱情！

不愧是柳州青旅的天花板!環境服務衞生設施樣樣都很棒呢，第一次住青旅，可以説是慕名而來（這間青旅在浙江非常出名很多分店），體驗很好，樓下就是青雲市場，還有提供免費牛奶礦泉水大品牌一次性三件套，入住基本上是年輕人都很有素質，有活力，不錯，推薦!
