Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

位於市中心，旁有購物中心，緊鄰碼頭，因為附近有政府機構，治安相對安全。
樓下有Tesco express 開到晚上11點，不論是購買早餐還是宵夜都很方便。
服務人員親切的給了我們高樓層的景觀房。
房內整體舒適。
不方便的部分是吹風機要向櫃檯提前借。
浴室沒有提供任何清潔用品，且濕氣悶很久的臭味需要改進。

really excellent location particularly for cruise port and city centre. Staff couldn't be more helpful, and excellent value for money. Only slight negative was slightly noisy at night, needed to keep window closed, but hotel website had warned us about this, and reception staff gave us a fan.

Fantastic value for money, will definitely return, staff helpful, room clean, everything you need at hand, location perfect, can't say a bad thing about this hotel, I highly recommend..

Room 504 was very dusty. Screw hanging out the wall. Bed was ripped underneath. Paint coming off the wall.
