Amazing! A group of 10 of us stayed in the Liverpool penthouse room to celebrate a friend’s birthday, it was perfect for us. So spacious, plenty of seating and we all had our own comfy superking bunk bed! Easy to check in via lockbox. Plenty of plug sockets for each bed too, thank you for our stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 8. Room was absolutely ideal for a social group stay. Bathrooms were modern and clean with towels and shower gel/shampoo provided. The Superking sized bunk beds were really clean, comfortable and sturdy. There was noise on an evening from neighbouring bars and city centre, but nothing too bad that a pair of ear plugs didn't fix. Highly recommend and we will definitely try and return next year.

What great apartments for a birthday celebration, we stayed for our daughters birthday with 10 of her friends, very spacious and the layout is great. Ideal location close to pubs restaurants and shops … highly recommended if you are a party of 10 or more wanting to stay together. We stayed in the Rio apartment

I get the feeling the majority of reviews for this hotel are from one booking. We stayed for one night when travelling for the football. The location is very central which is perfect for transport, bars, food etc. The location on Google maps isn’t quite accurate but the road to access the hotel from is detailed in the confirmation email with the door codes (although we didn’t notice at first) Room was spacious and clean. Staff that we spoke to over the phone to discuss some details were friendly and helpful. Rates were very cheap considering it was a Liverpool home game & racing at Aintree. No complaints.

This was our second year to stay in the Bling Hotel. Group of 11 of us headed over for a Birthday party. Great location. Great facilities. Only issue we had was when one of the party got stuck in the lift at 6am. We didn't find him for a couple of hours but once we rang for assistance they had somebody out to us straight away. Chap was a bit pee'd off but these things can happen. We will defintely be back.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID Just back from what I can only describe as the most horrible experience I have ever had in any accommodation in Liverpool.A group 14 of us booked to stay in these apartments for our friends stags/hens.Having arrived Saturday evening to what we thought was a great apartment ,turned into a nightmare 3 hours later when the "porter"(the most aggressive,intimidating,sorry excuse of a man) came barging into our apartment screaming for us to get the f**k out,that we had breached the contract by being over capacity and smoking inside.And that we would lose our £500 deposit.When it was explained to him that we weren't over capacity that 4 people who were staying in another hotel had just arrived to head out with us and that the said smoker was actually standing at the doorway to the balcony smoking and not inside he didn't care.Got so aggressive with the girl who had booked it.Most of us went downstairs to leave a couple of people to try talk to him.He was being so intimidating ,aggressive and very unreasonable that we called the police to try get it sorted.They agreed with us and said we were actually a nice group and didn't deserve this as they could see we hadnt done damage to the apartment but basically said we would have to leave as the porter had the final say.So 14 of us ended up out in torrential rain walking the streets of Liverpool trying to find somewhere to stay after payimg €1400 to this place.No management to get in touch with either.Its shocking that these people can get away with what we now think is a scam,as we have since heard and seen reviews that we are not the 1st guests for this to happen to.Management need to get rid of that vile human and get more decent,approachable staff.What was supposed to be a weekend of celebrations ended in devastation.Do Not Give Your Money To These Scammers.

SCAM AVOID!!! Had the worst experience ever here. Had a surprise stag/hen party booked for here for the weekend and was completely ruined by this complex. Aggressive, unreasonable staff that treat you like dirt and think they can get away with it. Animal like behaviour from 'staff' BURTSING through your apartment door roaring and shouting, aggressively & physically pushing his way through and showing signs of threatening behaviour verbally towards the whole group but then again some men feel better about themselves when they threaten a group of woman. We had a group of 4 friends that flew from another country that come meet us that we hadn't seen in years as apart of our ''surprise weekend'' and had taxis ready outside for us to head out for the night and within 5mins of them arriving we were being thrown out for 'over crowding'. After speaking with other hoteliers around (cause of course we had to find alternative accommodation) they said we were NOT the first group of people that they heard this had happened too. A business that takes your money in full, takes your security deposit in full and then throws you out to the streets. Imagine paying over 2 thousand euro to stay in an apartment for 3-4hrs and have 14 people homeless for the night. Similar TRUE reviews also on Trip Advisor of the same scenario very clear that this is an ongoing scam with this place. STAY AWAY! This is the photograph of the extremely aggressive and patronising staff member smiling and laughing at the situation afterwards.

SCAM!! I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. A party of 14 staying here for a stens party. We were late in evening arriving got ready having a couple of drinks and some music before we headed out. As this is a party apartment with a bar in it It’s expected to have a little music on and a sing song. 4 others that were part of the group staying in another hotel met us in the apartment to all head out together when they arrived in the man on duty stormed in the apartment no knock on the door which is absolutely shocking stormed in aggressively and told us we had to leave that we were being kicked out we had been in the apartment 3 hours…. No problems nothing broke and said to leave and we were not getting our 500 deposit back and we had also paid 1,400 to stay the two nights. We were thrown out onto the streets with some of our property left in the apartment. This was very frightening for us as we were screamed and shouted at and left on the streets in Liverpool coming from Ireland for the weekend. This was a stag and hen party and this put an awful dampener on the night. It was very upsetting as it was supposed to be a celebration. We called the guards and they agreed it was terrible what they had done to us and we done nothing wrong but we had to comply with what he said as he had the last word. Please do not stay here as you will not be looked after and it’s a money robbing hotel as we have seen with previous reviews unfortunately only realising after our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE

Had a horrific and terrifying experience at this apartment. Booked to stay for two nights for a hen party. About three hours after getting in a security man barged into the apartment and began to scream at everyone that there was a “breach of contract” and everyone had to pack there **** and get out. This “breach” was someone standing in the doorway of the smoking area smoking and trying not to get caught in the heavy rain. This security man was incredibly unreasonable, belligerent, aggressive and intimidating. He took full advantage of the fact it was mostly girls and began to square up to members of the party. We asked could we simply lose the £500 deposit we had paid as it was 1am and we had nowhere to stay and we’re in a foreign country. He simply laughed at us and told us to get the **** out. The police were called as we were so terrified of this man. He made an allegation then of assault (but would not give police any details of the “assault”). As this allegation was made the police could unfortunately not do anything for us. A manager from the bar below came up and informed the police that this security man has done this before to groups. Since leaving we have realised that this is a common occurrence with this security man. We have lost our deposit of £500 pounds plus £1,500 for the stay of which we got 2/3 hours out of. The following morning (Sunday) we needed to collect items from the apartment and there was a cleaning crew in no doubt getting ready for a new booking that evening. This was a total scam. At 1am 14 people were left on the streets in the lashing rain after being abused by an unintelligent, aggressive and liar of a security man. Do not book this place. No effort was made the following day by management to reach out to see what had happened despite them being aware of the situation. Disgusted with them.
