A gem of a place, family run, lovely and clean, very quiet, many extra’s – fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Toiletries, kettle, tea coffee, ground coffee, chocolate, hair dryer. Breakfast was excellent, great buffet & cooked breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Jo & Co were very friendly & helpful. Free easy access Parking was also a bonus. Town main street just a stride away. Good center for day trips out. Thank you Rosaire, we will be back

A superb B&B just like a Four Star hotel. Everything has been thought of. It is warm, very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and there is a fantastic breakfast offering. A nice comfy lounge and onsite parking. Highly recommended 😊

A night away courtesy of our friends for a Christmas present. We chose the Rosaire due to its location not far from shops and both beaches. The room was lovely, clean and inviting and well equipped with everything we needed . The bed was extremely comfy and we had a great nights sleep. A view of the Orme from the window was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. The host was great, nothing was too much trouble. Off road parking available. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.

A very last minute booking and we received a very warm welcome. There was nothing that we didn't need that was already available in the room. Lovely finishing touches in the room, toiletries, robes, binoculars etc. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, a quality bargain! Highly recommended. The hotel is very well kept, clean with lovely fresh decor, the lounge is a lovely place to relax, with books and games available to use. Situated in a nice quiet location with 10 minutes walk to the sea front.

The saying goes " times fly's when your having fun". we spent 2 nights at this lovely place and it felt like we had been there TEN minutes..nothing was too much trouble for this lovely team, you only needed to ask. fantastic quiet location with easy parking. why struggle to park on the seafront with a sea view all for the sake of a 5 minute walk. i have never sat in any hotel and had TOTAL silence..we shall definately we staying again - if we can get in before our immediate family members who now want to visit.. well done Rosaire.x

We had an enjoyable relaxing 3 night stay. Comfortable rooms with a lovely breakfast. Excellent friendly welcoming service. Call from Jo earlier in the day to say our room was ready was very appreciated and a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended.

We had a 2-night stay & a very warm welcome from Jo. It was very clean & comfortable. There are excellent English or Continental breakfast options. Well deserved 4-in-a-bed award. Thanks to Jo & family for a lovely stay.
