We had a fabulous four-day stay at Hotel Frutillar. We had the warmest of welcomes from every staff member, and were taken care of beautifully. We even received an unprompted room upgrade to a very pretty studio apartment. Breakfast is wonderful, and the hotel is in a perfect location. It's also really striking from the outside, and the terraced gardens behind the hotel are stunning. Special thanks to Carolina. We had a fantastic time.

It was great! Very good beds and quality linnen, excelent shower, cute decor! The restaurant was great, everything was delicious! A bit noisy though, from neighbors guests and also at the street… but those are not hotel’s fault. I’d Sure recomend it!

It wasn' t our first visit and it's not going to be our last one. We had a very good time there. The hotel is very nice, without being elegant it is very cozy and confortable and has whatever it takes to make you feel at home. Paula, Vicky as we'll as Karina are great and are always willing to help. Thank you! It has a lovely garden/ terrace where we had breakfast. Breakfast is very good with coffee, bread,butter, jam,cheese, fruit salad, eggs and homemade cake. It is a block away from the beach and from el Club Aleman a very good restaurant. I really recomend it. I' m looking forward to going back.

Really nice Hotel. It is a block away from the lake shore and very near a lot of "must sees" in Frutillar. The people that work there are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included and it is very good. Will go back.

Espacios reducidos pero acogedores. No se permite fumar al interior. Hay terraza habilitada rodeada por las habitaciones lo que provoca molestia si conversas por la mala acústica del lugar. Se escuchan ronquidos y pasos de las habitaciones laterales. Estacionamiento en la calle a la intemperie. No tienen agua sin gas para servir. Buena calidad de restaurante. Cobran limpieza de alfombra si encuentran una mancha (según ellos). Trato despectivo de sus dueños, no así del personal a cargo.

Fui en compañía de mi madre por su cumpleaños, excelente experiencia. El personal muy acogedor y siempre estaban sus dueños. Las habitaciones e instalaciones impecables, habitaciones calefaccionadas en todo momento y las sabanas una delicia , que por cierto tambien las venden. La comida en su restaurante muy muy rica, viene con desayuno sureño incluido. La ubicación es a 1 cuadra del lago. Volveremos sin lugar a dudas!

Estuvimos solo una noche nos quedamos con ganas de más . Excelente el trato en la reserva , la llegada fue muy profesional. Cenamos en el Restaurante Jardín Escondido, comida muy casera riquisima. El desayuno es espectacular, completisimo. Y además tuvimos la oportunidad de comprar un juego de sabanas como las que usan alli y son una delicia .

Hermoso Lugar, con una vista increíble. 100% recomendado, además que el personal muy atento y amables! Excelente para nosotros las tercera eda Mejorar solo el sistema de reservas, el número que ofrecen no siempre lo contestan pero muy encantador
