I’ve booked this so called 4*star hotel with lots of expectations but it’s the worst one . Very disappointed!! Let’s start with food which was worst of all no taste and very repetitive I literally felt sick for eating tasteless food for 5 nights so we had to book outside hotel for remaining 2 nights.Being a 4* star hotel no iron and board in their so called superior room with title of fav club which makes zero sense!!! Air con not working atall but when I mentioned my issues to reception they just ignored saying close door of balcony. Then I requested for a fan but they said no fan in their entire 4*star hotel. Entertainment is seriously a joke!! Don’t even bother about that. I feel staff are overworking and don’t give good services.Overall my experience was really bad with this hotel Just not Worth it !!!

We were looking forward to the great sea views in the photos and unfortunately we got unlucky. We did request a high floor when booking but the last two I have done that at different hotels we got the lowest floor possible. I don't think I will ask again !! Being on floor one the view of the sea is blocked out by trees. Disappointing but it wasn't a deal breaker. We did ask for a move but were told that the hotel was full and come back tomorrow. We didn't bother. That was the only real negative. On the whole the hotel ticked most of our boxes. It was close to the sea with a nice sandy beach and the food was good. We arrived just after lunch but the restaurant was open until 3 so we were invited to take lunch and come back to check in, which we did. The food on the whole was good/very good. The only criticism was that some of the food was luke warm. (They also need to clean the salt and pepper pots which have become clogged. I saw a number of people banging them on the table to clear and on one occasion someone blowing into them, which is clearly not good). There was a good choice of food and we always found something to eat, although vegetarian options were very limited apart from salad and veg. Drinks were OK, the local Bacardi wasn't up to much so I didn't have more than one. The beer and wine was ok and good selection of soft drinks and coffee available. We liked that the restaurant was open until noon for breakfast although hot food finished at 10.30, they did leave what was left out until gone. Breakfast choice was good. There were plenty of sun beds by the pool although the sun did go down behind the hotel quite early so you had to be choosy to get ones that stayed in the sun, if you wanted to stay out until late afternoon. The pool was cool but still ok to swim in mid October. There were plenty of places to sit around the hotel and the bar furniture looked fairly new. There was a spa with indoor pool and jacuzzi and a gym. We didn't use these so can't really comment but they looked good. The sun terrace on the top floor was nice with 2 Jacuzzis and a great view. There was some entertainment which was good. The animation guy was very good. You are a way out of Cala Rajada but the bus went from outside the hotel for 3e. We got the bus in and a taxi back, the taxi was only 13e The bedroom and shower room were very good. I am not sure if all rooms have accessible shower but our room did. The curtain was a little too far away from the shower so the water was running down outside the tray and flooded the floor. The maid did leave a folded towel after our first day, at the edge of shower curtain so this stopped flooding. We did mention this to reception on leaving. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there was a tv with some English channels. There was tea and coffee in the room and a fridge with 2 bottles of water on arrival. There was no issue with refilling the bottles in the bar or restaurant. There was a free safe which was a bonus. The

We stayed here for ten nights. We didn't opt for a sea view room. We were on the first floor and although all rooms face the sea, our view of the sea was blocked by trees. We could see other areas around the resort but the balcony still felt fairly private. The balcony wall is half wall and half perspex giving that extra bit of privacy. Two chairs and a table on the balcony and a drying rack. The room is not big but adequate for a place to sleep. Big comfy beds. Two big pillows with a card in the room offering different pillow types. Decent sized wardrobe with 12 hangers, couple of drawers and a few shelves. A kettle and small fridge. Only two plug sockets in the room and one in the bathroom. Shower is a nice size with a very powerful shower and there was always hot water. you do need to use the shower mat outside the shower as the door is not a tight fit as some water does run off the shower tray. At the sink there is a hand wash and a hand cream dispenser and in the shower there are three dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Cleaners come in every day and do a thorough job. The room was very clean. Sheets changed half way through our stay. Towels left on the floor are replaced with clean ones. Towels are a good size and quite thick. Pool towels are a €10 deposit and you can change them at the pool area. When you first arrive there are two bottles of water in your room. Once used it is expected that you fill these up at the water machine in the dining room when open or in the lobby available 24/7. This is great for helping to reduce the amount of plastic used. In the pool bar you can self serve soft drinks, fruit juice and tea/coffee. The plastic cups in the pool bar area are not disposable. They are reused which again is better for the environment. Good selection of drinks with very clear menus showing what is and isn't included in all inclusive. The cocktails on AI are made to order and not by a machine. They are ok. Three bars open at various times. Staff are hardworking and we hardly ever had to queue more than a minute or so. Entertainment was good. They have several different acts and most of the singers were really good and had us singing along and dancing. Very good atmosphere. Food was good. Lots of choice. Chef cooking in the dining room. At busy times he was juggling cooking meats and veg and carving joints of meat. Salad area, cheeses and meats, cooked meats, always several selections. The dessert area had lots of choices. Each night had a different theme. The mexican night and the sushi night were my favourite. The omelette at breakfast was good. You fill a little dish with the fillings you want and the chef cooks it. The staff in all areas are very good. Helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet. We hired a car so went out to explore different places. When we did go to the pool or beach there was always somewhere to sit. If we come back to Majorca we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights in September. Unfortunately, the food was the worst we’ve ever had, and we’ve stayed in both 4- and 5-star hotels before. The selection was limited, repetitive, and far from the quality expected from a 4-star hotel. We even had to buy food outside the hotel because the veggies weren’t fresh and some food had a sour smell. The location is quiet, and while the beach in front of the hotel was okay, it was too dirty. The hotel itself also needs renovations. The worst part, besides the food, was the constant disturbance from our neighbours, who were drunk every night, slamming doors and waking us up repeatedly. It made our stay quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The positive side I would like to mention is the beautiful sea view from our high-level room, which was one of the few highlights of our stay.

Very clean hotel. Bed was hard. If you've booked a superior room ( my favourite club) don't expect the bathrobe and slippers in your room on arrival, you have to ask for them. No mini bar in the room just 2 bottles of water, and no red wine. These are in the lobby near the bar. It's just a con to get you to pay extra for the room. Albeit they are free to my favorite club members along with biscuits!l, fresh fruit, sweets and cakes. However, I had a beautiful view. The food was nice with 2-3 choices and always salads and cold meats as another option. Food was fresh and hot. Staff were very nice. I would come again, even though the resort is very quite and isolated. You need to either travel 15-20 mins or an hours walk into the next town. Oh I did have fizzy white wine on arrival and a bottle free as well which was a nice touch.

After a rather lengthy transfer from the airport we were thrilled to arrive at such a lovely resort and a wonderful hotel, it made the journey very worthwhile. The staff are really lovely and the food is amazing. The whole place is beautifully appointed, very clean and well maintained. Every aspect of the all inclusive experience was exceptional. We loved the area which is great for hiking and cycling with an hourly bus service. We will return at a cooler time of year for a different type of holiday.
