This Majorcan cottage with stone lined facade has wonderful views overlooking the rolling hills and the woods. The private, 12 x 5 meters chlorine pool is surrounded by vegetation and a nice terrace with six loungers, two parasols and an exterior shower. The depth is ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 meters. A staircase leads to the furnished porch. Have breakfast with your loved ones, only accompanied by the birds' morning songs. The upper terrace has a mobile barbecue, so everybody will find its favorite place. The 31.000 m2 sized plot is fenced and there are no next-door neighbors. Inside, enjoy living in a cozy and stylish environment with lots of lovely details so you can feel like home from the first moment. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen. There's a TV with satellite channels, a stove for winter days and a dining table where you can share laughs and talks in the evening. The original kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, kitchenware, highchair and a dishwasher among other things. A laundry area provides you with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There's a shower bathroom available on the ground floor. There are two twin bedrooms with fan and wardrobe on the ground floor; one has access to a terrace. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot in one of this bedrooms.
