Just got back from an all-inclusive 4 night stay here with a friend. Nice clean hotel in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from bars, shops and beach. The pool is fairly small but we never had a problem getting a sunbed. It has a nice slide area for young children and then a separate pool with two bigger slides. (Not sure where the roof-top spa is that Love Holidays advertise) but there was some further sunbeds on a roof top that were in need of a little TLC. The food in the restaurant was really nice and varied with loads to choose from. The only reason I am giving this hotel 4 stars and not 5 is because of some of the staff. The reception staff and bar staff were just so rude. I felt like an inconvenience to them rather than a guest. The older lady on the bar was the worst and really shouldn't be in that job as it is clear that she doesn't like people. There was one girl who worked in the bar with a nose ring and she was delightful and friendly, and the younger staff who were in for work experience were also lovely so they made up for the older rude staff! It also became apparent that as an all-inclusive guest you got treated worse than those that were not all-inclusive. You can't even wait at the bar with the other guests you have to go and que at the end of the bar in a tiny area and que and wait. Such a shame as it did put a little dampener on the holiday. However, all in all for what we paid and the cleanliness of the hotel and location and food, I would return.

Ill try to write about the things I wanted to know before I came.. Arrival about 1am. Fast and simple. Tax of 20 odd euro four 2a 2k. Reception looked good. First walk and impression of pool was how small it is! There's the pool @bar with baby pool and deep side. A small baby pool with small slides. Two big slides with a small pool at the end. AI. Breakfast lunch and dinner very good. I'm picky but found something to eat everyday. They serve you beers wine soft drinks at the table. Snack bar..good food but you'll be waiting. L does nuggets pizza hotdogs burgers chips.I came end of May. Not super busy. Wait of like 10/15mins. Not self service @snack bar. AI drinks. From 11am to 11pm. After that you pay full price.Partner said beer was good. Too strong for me. Tastes like Stella or similar. You can get half price of normal bottled drinks like Corona between 11am and 11pm. Good cocktails. If your AI you get in plastic glasses and local spirits. If you pay the half price you get the fancy proper ones🤣 cocktail and Corona.. 6e.. Rooms are basic but clean. Good shower comfortable beds. Staff..girl behind the bar with little nose ring. Very friendly. Super helpful. The staff aren't all super friendly,but polite and hardworking. I found it a happy medium. It's not a hypo hotel with all kids club and dances etc. No kids club in May. Entertainment was non existent. Music playing in the bar from 9 to 12. That was it so far. It's a small enough hotel. Everything is close together which I found good. Location is very good. Outside hotel turn left and all the shops beach etc is like 2mins away. 20mins from girona Airport. Only downside is the queue for AI drinks is like a tiny corner @emd of bar. If your paying you get table service,fancy drinks and served straight away. But look thats kind of expected. All in all I was happy. Good few people here pissed off though with wait times for bar and snack bar. Partner said he'd give it a 2* Teenage daughter says 3* and 3*from me.

Very comfy hotel, central, great masseuse! Most staff very friendly and helpful - would come back again. Food was plentiful and lovely

Staff were lovely and helpful, as soon as we arrived we were informed on meal times and things that were going on in the hotel. A great selection of food to suit everyone and very nice. Room and hotel were lovely and clean. We will definitely return, this time with are family as they have a lovely pool area for kids, and I know my kids will eat the food they have in the restaurant.

Lovely three night stay. I honestly can’t understand some of these reviews on here!?! I guess everyone’s experience is different but I am well travelled and this hotel does not deserve the reviews it has been receiving at all. I travelled with the children and our best friends and had a fab few days. The hotel itself is really cute and nicely decorated with lovely views to the mountain or the sea. I had a twin double room which had a safe and mini fridge. The bathroom was lovely and good power shower. The beds could have done with an extra pillow each. There was a hairdryer and ample storage space to hand clothes etc. No tea or coffee facility in the room. The pool was cold but that is to be expected at this time of year, everyday entertainment came and done some yoga stretching by the pool. The kids had the smaller water slide open, the big ones were not yet open. Everything was spotless and clean around the hotel. The food choices were good, not so many desserts to choose from but the food was of good quality and the waiters and waitress staff were smiley and friendly. The bar staff were friendly and helpful, maybe if people make conversation and have a laugh with them they would have seen this? I would absolutely stay at this lovely hotel again for a future mini break.

First of all I have gone to lots of hotel abroad and sometimes find the staff a little rude but put it down to a language barrier. This hotel must actually advertise for rude people to work there. We went all inclusive (big mistake) you are treated like dirt because you are all inclusive. Nothing was explained by the rude staff at reception about the rules for all inclusive we checked in around 4pm on 28/3/2024. The bar staff oh my goodness I never met the likes of them they are just horrible no other words can describe them. The restaurant staff are not any better. The food is actually horrible. We stayed for 5 nights went to breakfast once, lunch twice and evening meal twice. I will say the rooms were comfortable enough. We stayed on the 9th floor and the only staff member that was polite was our cleaner think her name was Maria or maybe maya. Such a lovely woman and wasted in a hotel like that with such rude people working there. Just checked out this morning and I can honestly put my hand on my heart and say I will NEVER return

paid a big money for my Birthday Holiday Trip ,but very disappointed ,the room i was given it was for single person ,very tiny ,i was charge for double bedroom,i ask twice to change ,but the OLD lady who is incharge at the reception , she refuse to change ,she was very rude ,not helpful at all!!!!!! she keep saying hotel is full ,come back in the morning ,i went to her in the morning then she say she cant change ,yet next day half the guest checked out... very noisy at night till late 3am in the morning air conditioning doesnt work at all breakfast wasnt great either but Dinner was perfect bed very hard stiff, pillow is another disaster ,wake up with a sore neck every day but over all the reception manager, the elder lady is very rude person ,not good for business ,not helpfull at all i ask her i need a taxi ,didnt get much help from her , i was told taxi does nt go to Blanes ..i ring my own taxi ,they came in 5 min .. i wouldnt recommend anyone staying there .....not for that money ! no way .becareful peoeple

Pay no attention to the negative reviews! I booked this holiday in January while half asleep and after reading reviews I was worried. However, my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. I emailed ahead to let the staff know we would be arriving late. I got a response quickly and was offered a cold dinner for arriving. I declined and was told that we can have a lunch any day we choose instead (we are half boars so breakfast and dinner) When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely, friendly and efficient staff member. I wish I had her name as she was beyond helpful. Our room was 315 and it was fine. 2 double beds, wardrobe space, decent bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer, bath and fantastic shower. The down side was our neighbours. A bunch of rowdy English men who thought it was appropriate to create all sorts of noise on the balcony until 5am. I visited the reception this morning and was warmly greeted by the intern. I was desperately asking for a new room due to the noise which was no fault of the hotel. He quickly advised the experienced receptionist of my issue and I was given a new room. The reception area was busy with check ins and checking out but the red haired angel on the desk sorted me out promptly. I am beyond grateful. Our new room is bigger and has a sea view! The food at breakfast and dinner is great. Lots of choice and it's very fresh, we have been here 4 nights so far and no dinner have been repeated theres a vast variety every night. There are 3 of us and we have all enjoyed plenty to eat. My son (age 15) is particularly fond of the many pastries on offer in the morning. Every member of staff from reception, pool bar, breakfast, dinner and cleaning staff that we have dealt with have exceeded what I was expecting. The hotel is very big and even in mid October it's busy and they are doing an excellent job. For what we paid for this holiday the value has been excellent. The location is good just a few mins from the beach and and array of bars and restaurants within walking distance it is on a hill though so something to bear in mind if you struggle. There is a car park available for guests charged at €14 a day. The spa is small, must be booked in advance but has a lovely warm pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
