We travelled out to this hotel in loret not expecting great things as we paid £800 for two adults in a half board basis at the start of the UK summer hols. Happy to report that we were pleasantly surprised. If you want a quiet and restful hol, then I suggest that the resort is probably not for you. The hotel does accept groups of teenagers and twenty odd year olds etc who can be 'rather loud' at times, as well as families and couples. That said, there wasn't any trouble during our stay, and security staff were visible and active throughout the day in case of need. The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly on arrival, explaining the dining hall times, and how to get free access to the sister hotels aqua park etc. A family arriving with us upgraded to all inc on arrival for a little over £100 pp. There's two decent size pools to choose from, loungers are taken early, but there's plenty of tables and chairs etc. Both pools are monitored by lifeguards. Alternatively gran garbi mar has plenty of loungers along with kids and adult water slides just a short walk away. Dining room is spotless, but very busy at peak times, the guy monitoring the entrance was sound, such a lovely fella. Food was repetitive but certainly edible. No kids menu, but pizza and chips featured everyday, along with freshly cooked chicken breast, steak or kebab skewers. Breakfast has freshly cooked pancakes on some days, omelette on others along with usual breakfast fare in Spanish hotels. Our room was great, we had room 205, which overlooked the main road in lloret, but is far enough away to still be chilled out (if you can drown out the noise from the inebriated youths next door, and their mates hammering the doors . That said, a call to reception helped at least quieten it down. There's a free fridge in the room that we were really happy about. It's basic but very clean. Top tip, take a multi plug extension. Overall we really liked the hotel, the location is great for being close to shops/bars/places to eat etc. for us the only downside was that the groups of young UN's was a bit of a negative, but that's down to wafer thin walls. When I say you can hear everything from the rooms around you, it's not an exaggeration. Take ear plugs and you'll sleep well. Thanks to the staff for having us x
