Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

La Struttura é situata nell'entroterra di Loano, a 5 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia, è ottima e completa di tutti i comfort necessari, la camera pulita e spaziosa con vista sul mare in lontananza... il personale gentile dell'hotel è stato gentile e disponibile.
La colazione ricca di scelta, per tutti i gusti.

We found this hotel amazing value for money. They did a special deal for Gold ******* members and we snapped it up! It was very clean. One thing I didn’t like is that we arrived at 8:00pm. We wanted to get something to eat and the only thing that was available was leftover fish and potato and they wanted to charge us €25 each to eat the leftovers. We went to a pizza place down the road which was fine. Breakfast was great though!!

Staff and Service were great very welcoming and friendly and if you have kids they will make you feel at home. Only downside was the breakfast and not having our towels changed daily.
In the land of fruits and coffee we had a better time to buy some at the local market. Fruits will taste great at the local market, avoid supermarkets for fruits.
Otherwise free parking outside the resort was ok depending on which hours you leave and comeback. I recommend walking from the resort to the city as it can be very challenging to park next to the beach and the local police will fine you mercilessly, It didnt happen to us but local police work 24/7 so you better park in local train stations and walk a bit.
Again a big thank you for the staff, my pregnant wife forgot her phone in her room and we were about to leave and they were running across the parking to give it back to us, Thank you again ! :)

We booked this as a reward for the kids to enjoy some bathing after a long day in the car. To our disappoin**ent everything; the pool, the spa, the hammam - everything closed at 19:00. We arrived at 18:30. Everything opened again at 9:30, but the check out time is at 10:00. So this is not adapted for travelers. It looked like it could've been nice, but don't waste your money like we did!

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort.
There were loads of activities for the kids. Staff were friendly.
Would recommend in the future.
