The property is well positioned in the centre of town but the noise level from traffic is high as well as music from the bar opposite. The car parking is good but the doors out of the property are heavy to open .
Reception facilities are limited and closed for a few hours during the day and for a whole day when we were there.
We were booked for six days and the rooms are not serviced and when we asked for fresh towels a firm No was the reply with a come T that they were not a hotel.
The room facilities otherwise were good and clean.
We had a good holiday in Loches but would pick another place to stay.

Arrived expecting a reasonable stay, difficult to find way in, apartment was very pokey and small for a double room, no way room for 4 people as advertised. It was clean, outdated furniture ,swimming pool was not clean , even though it’s September should be maintained . We didn’t stay as so awful. Went to different hotel in Loches even though meant losing the money

logement bien , et tres bien situé , le seul petit probleme est de se renseigner pour l'arriver car la reception est fermée a certaine heure , moi je suis arrivée le dimanche ap.midi personne ne m'a prevenu avant qu'il n'y aurait personne pour me donner les clés et m'expliquer comment faire pour le parking , c'est un client qui m'a expliqué au bout de 20mn de recherche , là je trouve un manque d'explication de la part de la residence pierre et vacances , et de prévenir par mail ou autre comment acceder aux clés et ou se trouve le parking .

Excellent séjour en famille. Emplacement très agréable, à proximité des châteaux. Ville et marché au pied de la résidence. Visite de Loches le soir très appréciée. Appartement spacieux, confortable, beaucoup de rangements, personnel à l'écoute, vue sur le château. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Frédéric et Patricia

Le séjour a été assez bruyant avec des voisins jusqu'à 2h du matin qui jouait et qui ne respectait pas le voisinage donc des nuit courte et pas reposante sinon la ville très agréable et le logement est top
