I had a great stay at Best Western I-5 Inn & Suites. The area felt safe, and the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel – lots of options and very tasty! Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and good service.

I stayed at the Best Western Inn and Suites in Flag City, Lodi, and it was really nice! The staff was friendly and made check-in easy. My room was clean and comfy. I loved the breakfast; there were many tasty options. The hotel is close to shops and places to eat. I recommend this hotel for a great stay!

Disgusting, unclean, needs repair and sanitize the whole building! To add there was questionable stains on the side of the bed! Stayed in no. Smoking but halls smelled of smoke! The breakfast food was not labeled and hardly no breads and outdated food products- which led to me having stomach aches and congestion from smoke smell and stuffy environment to breathe in! Just plain awful!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. One of us was not feeling well and they let us check in a bit early. Thank you! Breakfast was very good. There was always staff available to help with supplies and requests. Liked that there is underground garage parking.

Bad Review- call out!!! Beware Best Western in Lodi. Absolutely horrible manager- very hard to understand, unreasonable, rude, I tried to cancel my reservation five minutes after making it. First she told me yes then changed her mind. BAD BUSINESS- I’m stuck staying there- nothing better happen to me and there better be no bed bugs. Disgusting. Can’t believe that a Best Western would have such a rude snd horrible manager. First time ever with such a bad experience with BW

This is a convenient Best Western by I-5 in Lodi. Good breakfast except for the scrambled eggs but the entire facility was dingy, poorly lit, and dirty. The elevator and hallways were a disgrace: Peeling paint, dirty floors, water stained wallpaper, carpeting from the 1990s, a musty odor in the air. The worst part is the congregation of street people in the parking lot at night where I was accosted by panhandlers...likely illegal aliens. If you are looking for a pleasant, clean hotel, keep going. Security is not good here.

I was in town for a birthday party during the hottest day of the week. The room was clean, quiet, and cool. The staff was friendly and professional.

This hotel is old and has room features that have not been cared for, breakfast was poor quality, room was poorly furnished. This facility is on the bottom ranking of Best Western hotels.

We have stayed here twice in the last couple of months. It is a 3 star hotel on the highway for a quick overnight and early start. Both times, the hot water has run tepid or cold. This is on the third floor near the end. After the first time, we heard how the plumber was fixing things and that they apologized etc. We should have looked at Google reviews, this has been a problem before. We won't stay there again. Other than that things are fine.
