Property was under construction so some amenities were nit available. I think a reduced room rate to offset this would have been warranted.

The property is under construction and I did not find out until after I paid and a day before I left. I want a refund or partial refund. I will never use quality suites or ******* afain

People working here are great, rooms are cleanand pleasant, close to all the needs a person would need

There was a bathtub with no stopper. I called to the front desk to ask for one and it took over two hours to bring me one. Then the guy was aggressively banging on the door. I had to tell him that I no longer needed it as he woke me up out of a dead sleep, there was coffee with a coffee maker and no cream or sugar. I was not impressed whatsoever. You should not be advertising hotels that are under this amount of construction as available.

The Suite was great but there was no breakfast bar because of renovations, lots of renovations going on during my stay. I am sure once it's done, it will be a better hotel, it's good to call ahead if you want to book and check if the renos are finished.

You can only get into the hotel by the front lobby door, but theres very limited parking by that door. So expect to walk to get into the hotel. The other doors around the building are locked for entry, you cant even use your key card to get in.

The hotel is under renovations so the main lobby isn’t completed also the breakfast area (small bag with some goodies were provided for breakfast). The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Comfortable stay in spacious, tastefully decorated and updated room. Room was very clean. Appreciate the microwave and fridge. Generous grab and go breakfast. Some difficulty finding parking. Friendly and welcoming staff.
